Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Detroit

Lately I have been very disappointed in Walgreens pharmacy and the pharmacy staff they have shown lack of customer service, I went there to pick up a prescription and one of the staff member says I can no longer accept GoodRx, for you to receive the discount so I did say well at this particular time I pay cash because uninsured and they proceeded to say well we can't help you and we can no longer do it for control substances anyway, so I left the prescriptions there and I went to do some research as long as you use Walgreens discount club card you can get the prescription very very cheap I found that very strange because all discount cards work the same way, some pharmacy honor it for control substances and some do not, but the problem was Walgreens had given me an outrageous price as if they are price gouging, because I checked around at other pharmacies and even so they may charge your customary fee they give a discount if you're paying cash and other pharmacies are way cheaper than this Walgreens so at this time I will be taking my prescriptions and having them...

The worst customer service experience I had ever experience the pharmacist, and I had exchange words. She was very unprofessional. The fact that she kept going back and forth with me really puzzled me however I restart to the manager. He seems to be really understanding. I really hope that the manner was resolved because if she treats people like this on a day-to-day bit basis, I’m really not sure what to say. This place is awful. They're disorganized, often out of stock, suffer broken systems, and frequently close the drive thru gate 30mins before closing (even when there are cars in line). I'd need the pharmacist/pharmacy tech to explain why they took my paper prescription yesterday, but then didn't put it in the computer? Today she's called in and they're closed, which is fine, but since the script isn't in the Walgreens system it can't be filled at any other store.
