Subway — Restaurant in Detroit

I would have to give this restaurant no stars at all. Every time I go here that workers are very rude and nasty to customers. I’ve witnessed them treat a elderly old man on a cane very bad. Talking to him rudely and they made him go back and forth from the front to the back of the store on his cane to look for a recipt, instead of just helping him. I should’ve stop going after that occasion. Today as always I asked for a extra side of steak on the side and the African American worker refused to sale it to me. When I say I always get a side of steak and with no problem is it sold to me with no problem. This lady yelled and talked so nasty to me and the customer before and after me. I mentioned to the lady “Mahm I’m just pregnant and trying to get my salad.” And she refused to cash me out. So I didn’t get my salad no one cashed me out. I have worked in customer service for 8 years now. That was so unacceptable she refused to give me information to contact her manager. As well as the gas station worker refused to help. I am so upset over a pretzel!!!! My daughter and I went to the Subway on Michigan Ave and Trumbull. The cashier was nice, but the ONE thing I ordered was ruined.
