I am a regular customer at this coney island, visiting for breakfast and sometimes lunch, and I enjoy the food when it is prepared to my liking. My usual order consists of well-done sausage and white toast without butter, and I request that the toast be left unwrapped to preserve its crunch. Unfortunately, the main cook has become hostile, suggesting that I take my business elsewhere if I am unhappy with their cooking. This behavior, which I also witnessed being directed towards another customer two weeks ago, emphasizes the importance of providing excellent customer service, especially in culturally diverse settings. With many great coney islands in the city, I am motivated to find a more welcoming establishment.

*Food is great when prepared to the customers liking. *Service is alright, the ladies who answer the phone to take orders are very pleasant. However, they need to do a better job with relaying the customers request to the cooks. *Atmosphere and Service goes hand in hand. If the service from the cook is terrible. Then the atmosphere is the same as well.
