Literally one of the worst coffee shops in the city. Everybody who works there is weird and has a weirdo attitude. Why every time I go in they don’t even look at me when I talk to them and today the girl wants to repeat my order like she hates her life and I’m the most annoying person she’s helped today when I literally ordered one drink and was cutting me off while I was ordering and then doesn’t acknowledge me at all and then her and the guy making the coffee proceed to be like “wow it’s 9 how horrible we should literally lock the doors and go home” while I’m the only one standing in there. And then made my coffee in like .2 seconds and it tasted horrible. Wonder why. Everyone who has helped me in months has acted like this is the worst job they could possibly have. Someone wanna relieve these people of their misery? I’m never...
Read moreI have come here multiple times. I've always liked the coffee and vibe here. However, on my last visit, my coffee was made incorrectly; no biggie the barista caught it and fixed it immediately. The barista offered the incorrect coffee free of charge. I politely declined. He mentioned again it was free, I declined again. Now, the woman barista gets into the mix and asks, "Will you be around friends to give it to?" I said no, it's just me, and I want the coffee I ordered. And she proceeds to ask another customer if they want it.
At this point, I'm irritated and wondering why after I said no the first time, that could not have been the end of the convo. Why am I being pressured into taking a coffee made wrong, and now it's my responsibility to "give it away"? I probably won't be back based on that...
Read moreI love walking to this coffee shop on my morning walks :) I usually get a cold brew with almond milk - $5.50. Pretty reasonable and they have nice outdoor seating. I wish they had some pastries, but the employees are always really chill and it’s easy to pop in and out! They have iced water outside on hot days and cute tables where you can sit. It’s nice to see folks out there chatting and enjoying the coffee and weather. Overall, I still rank the coffee itself below Cafe Sous Terre and the Roost - it’s a little more bitter - but it has a special place for me since it’s in my neighborhood. It’s a solid spot. I’ll definitely be coming back while...
