Taco Bell — Restaurant in Detroit

At approximately. 10:30am I was in the drive thru. I ordered a breakfast quesadilla and told the price was 2.89. When I got to the pickup window the cashier informed me "we don't have anymore breakfast" she apologized and said I can order a lunch quesadilla. I proceeded to ask what was in the lunch quesadilla? She said, chicken, steak, or beef. I said oh there is just no egg? She was getting an attitude rolling her eyes as I questioned her. I asked if she was going to give it to me for same price? She rudely said it would be more. As I was suggesting that it was not my fault you had no breakfast, another girl came to the window an began yelling over both of us that there was no breakfast food! I started asking the same thing but she was very rude and cut me off! I pulled off without my order and called back to the store and asked for the manager. (Which apparently was the same girl) as i proceeded to voice my dissatisfaction she again began overtalking me and rudely repeated the no breakfast... Although she was using the words I apologize, it was NOT sincere it was more of let me say it to get rid of OR I don't care just shut up tone! Even when Informed her my usual experience here is great and I typically fill out a positive survey and this time the service was horrible and I will make a complaint! She became evwn more rude, haughty, nasty, disrespectful and sarcastic, yelling out her name (Tamika or something) and the 800# to call! NEVER HAVE I MET SOMEONE SO UNQUALIFIED AS A MANAGER! SHOWED A LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND JUST DOWN RIGHT RUDE!!! I usually patronize this location a few times a month. This will NOT be the case. If it matters to the owner he/she/they will reach out with a sincere apology. And provide you manager Tamika or whatever her name was with the appropriate...

Absolutely unbelievable. Recently stopped here to order food on our way home from a bar. We all had a few drinks and were in an Uber. We had laughed at something completely unrelated to the woman who was taking our order over the intercom and she refused to take our order- assuming she was offended by us laughing? Thinking we were too drunk to order? I have no idea and we were ALL flabbergasted. She just told us to “have a good night” and “you can go to Burger King,” when we were laughing at the fact that a Dora the Explorer episode started playing on the dvd screen inside the car. When we pulled up to pick up our order (only 1/4 of the order we thought we had placed) she refused to come to the window, stepping back, and not even acknowledging us- we could not even hear her as we could see her mouth moving. A member of our party proceeded to get out of the car to attempt to reason with her and explain that we were not in-fact laughing at her, and were not so inebriated that we could not place an order. She then called other “team” members to the window who we could not hear nor explain our gripe to through the drive through window and could frankly care less about their customers. Needless to say we ended up leaving as we were unable to obtain any service from this establishment. Utterly disgusted and disappointed. I would encourage those who can, to avoid this Taco Bell franchise as the service...

Very Rude Customer Service on Night Shift..! I ordered 2 Dorito tacos supreme at speaker & 3 additional items…, then when I got to the window I remembered I’m dieting, and can’t eat beef, so I asked for black beans instead of beef. The girl told me it’s a long line so she didn’t know if she could change it and I would have to go around and REORDER! .. I told her that was fine just give me a refund, I guess she didn’t want to do that neither so then she goes “oh so you only want 2 of your items black beans? Why you ain’t say that at the speaker”?? I told her it slipped my mind.. then she goes to say “well you got sooo many beef items what you wanted black beans again” !? I again stated “the 2 tacos”.. she looked at me and rolled her eyes and stated the total.. so I’m like “so are you all gonna fix them”?? She laughed with her co worker and said “yea”… and than started whispering My Dorito taco supremes taste stale and super bland annd flimsy, and the sour cream taste spoiled! Didn’t receive any napkins and the incorrect sauce! I spent $17 on 3 tacos, a burrito and a cheesy fiesta potato, which is for sure a Rip off! I will not be returning here anytime soon. I’d rather go to del taco in the suburbs where the food is fresh, you get more bang for your buck, and they don’t have nasty attitudes. If she don’t like her job than why would she...
