Subway — Restaurant in Detroit

Upon entering your store, I saw that there were two orders for pickup and went asked, by a short very dark skinned woman, I told this employee my name...LaGaspa. She was rather confused and I repeated my name saying " Yes, LaGaspa, that's my name". She questioned what did I have and I repeated to her that I had these steak and cheese. She gave me my order, turned around to take a look at the other order and said something to her coworker in which she again said my name and my order. I heard my name and, from my point of view, she was still confused and I put my order back into the rotating bin and showed her that I did have the Flat Bread Steak & Cheese as I showed her my phone screen. At this point, she turned to me and, with disdain in her voice and body language, asked what was wrong with my meal. I told her that nothing was wrong...I was just letting you know I'm the one who had the flatbread. She said "I gave you a meal and I was not talking to you, I was talking to my co-worker". From this point on, she further displayed disrespect and told me to get out...she gave me an order. I stood there agasp and in total dismay for which she further escalated the situation with more words but I walked out before I lost my respect and humanity.

Looking at Google Maps and the reviews left over the last 3yrs, it would be easy to conclude that the owner PURPOSELY hires rude, obnoxious employees. This is the SECOND TIME that I've had to report this restaurant for improper service and/or disrespect for the customers. I will not ever, Ever, EVER patronize this establishment, especially since there is a Popeyes Chicken immediately across the street, Taco Bell, about 50 yards down the street and a Wendy's across from Taco Bell and a new Savvy Sliders restaurant that just opened up, walking distance from this Subway!! I have far too many choices which I'm sure they'll...

Went in there and was standing there for about 5 minutes worker see’s me and walk to the back never came back to the front meanwhile I’m still standing there trying to place an order finally about 3 mins later a guy comes to the front I speak to him no response and of course he got on headphones but he see me trying to order he next turned around and start putting pops in the freezer as if I’m not standing there trying to order and I still gave him some time to finish that and he never acknowledged me so I walked out and went to another subway my son wanted a pizza he said the one on livernois n ewald circle has them I said I’m good there service is horrible I just left there terrible service they need some new responsible workers or...

This is my second time ordering from this location and my order was messed up. I ordered pick up and I couldn’t see what was on the sub until i got to work. When i finally was able to take a peek at the sub, I noticed that there were no onions or bell pepper; and that they didn’t put all the sauces I’ve asked for. Instead of pepper jack cheese i was given Swiss I believe. When i tried to call and inform them of their mistakes, it went straight to voicemail. This is very Inconvenient for me. If you ran out of an item or no longer serve said item, why is it still an option for online orders? Even so, why wasn’t...
