Great food and great customer service, building is clean and inviting. Food is always fresh. I don't have to request for it to be made fresh like McDonald's or burger King.Just came in today to order lunch since I haven't been back since December of 2023. When this location first opened I was 1 of their first 20 or so customers. They were very inviting made me feel comfortable with great customer service and fresh food every time you ordered. But that was over a year ago. When I came in around December if last year they had new faces, but when I order that time I waited 10 minutes before someone came to the counter, the guy was very ghetto, and it took like 30 mins to get my order which at that time was a number 8. When I finally got my food all of my shit was cold. So I said I won't be coming back to this location again I'll just go to the suburbs. Now I was in the area today went and ordered they had a whole new staff than before so I thought hey today might be different than before I might get some fresh food, HELL NO! My fries are cold, my burger is cold and pink on the inside, like they took it straight out the packaging from the grocery store then threw it in the microwave for 1 min. At first I gave a high review but after the last visit on 10/13/22 I take it back, I was overcharged for my order. The person working the drive thru broke up my order into two separate ones, so when it was my time to pick up the food she only had one available. When paying the bill,the employee said corporate changed the menu and prices without it showing up outside on the menu board, what use to cost 7.99 chicken wings with fries turned into just chicken wings she added fries and a drink which brought my total up to 12.17 I was surprised but I still took the food. I gave her 23 which was too much just to cover any extra tax but she still told me I needed two extra dollars, I paid 25 dollars for something that should have cost 19.58 after adding the two orders together. I uploaded the picture to showed the receipts from the order to show my final cost should have been 19.58 not the 25 I was charged, I will not be going back. I really liked the place but...

Most important thing were the burgers… and they weren’t great. Paid $11 for 2 tiny burgers that didn’t taste nearly as good as the ones I cook in my Foreman grill. I had a single order, there was one family in front of me with a large order, and I was waiting for 25 minutes for this. I watched as my order sat on the window for 10 minutes as the family changed their order several times and the cashier messed with a broken shake machine completely oblivious to me at the counter just waiting for her to hand me my food. Eventually someone from the back realized how long it had been sitting and came out to the front while the cashier was still at the shake machine. I understand being busy and try to give employees a break, but this was really frustrating as all it would have taken was 5 seconds....
