If you order doordash from this location, be aware that they have a sign indicating a strict policy of forcing the doordash drivers to "confirm pickup" upon entering the restaurant, "no exceptions". This means your dasher will likely appear to be taking longer than usual to get to you, especially if the order was not ready or they had the type of interaction that I had today. I was picking up an order and told them I would confirm pickup as soon as they gave me the order, to which they told me to either confirm or get out. I have lodged a complaint with doordash in addition to leaving these reviews. If enough people complain through doordash, this restaurant could lose their ability to deliver through the app. If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager was rude and combative, after I had been more than cordial. EDITED TO ADD Doordash instructs its dashers to confirm pickup only when order is physically in hand. Period. The reason that this location has issues with dashers canceling and unassigning orders is because of this ludicrous policy, which I remind you, goes directly against the terms of service that this location agreed to in order to use the app. If a dasher confirms pickup as soon as they enter the restaurant, if there's a line or any delay in receiving the order, the customer will hold the dasher responsible, as they receive a notification that their order is on its way once the dasher confirms pickup. :( Tubbys is my favorite place and I made a special trip to this location. I was looking forward to a cupcake and a sub for my birthday. I arrived at 7:40 PM on a Tuesday, which was 50 minutes prior to closing. There was a car parked outside, the dining area lights were off, but the kitchen lights were on.

I of course went to the drive thru, and waited 5 minutes. Tried to call out to get someone's attention. Had another car behind me also looking to get food. No answer. I sadly left and bought food elsewhere, but it was not Tubbys.

Super disappointed and the sad part is I had read the review by someone else saying if you're a blue collar worker looking to get food from here, don't bother as they aren't open when they say they should be.

FOUND 3 LONG HAIRS IN MY SANDWICH!!!! My husband got carry out from here and once we got home I unwrapped my Rueben and it was pre-sliced and when I grabbed a half I was about to take a bite when I saw a hair a long hair hanging so I then went to the other half and found 2 MORE HAIRS!!! Obviously I’m not eating the sandwich. My husband took it back and asked for a refund for just my sandwich (we had bought two sandwiches, two drinks and one side) and they refused said we have to wait til Monday to call corporate or re-make the sandwhich but I was no longer hungry after finding multiple hairs baked in my sadwhich...
