Wendy's — Restaurant in Detroit

The service here is absolutely for one whom has patience because you will truly be tested. The wait time is already insane most of the time, then you have to deal with attitude even when you're calm. This drive-thru cashier was very rude to me for no reason, talking as if I'm incompetent. I rarely receive a smile when I visit this location, so I don't expect much, but no, this was a little too over the top. All I simply asked was for her to explain the charges because I knew something wasn't right and she was so rude yet wrong the whole time. I asked the guy who bought the food out to the car(because we had to pull forward) what was the young girls name for my complaint, he stated he didn't know, but I think he was lying plus he looked like the one in charge himself as he did ask what happened when I asked for her name, in an authoritive stance. Luckly it was on the receipt. Keiya needs training in moral and ethics or she will cost this business. She's the first encounter for not only customers but people in business like reviewers....

It’s a hit or miss at this location. It depends on who’s working and who has a good attitude yesterday afternoon the young lady who was working the window did not have a good attitude. I gave her plenty of time, to come to the intercom but she had a bad attitude from the get go. I believe her name was Kieya .She was getting real saucy on a miscommunication about my order being a combo. I had friends in the car who ordered the same sandwich. One wanted a combo one just a sandwich.

My discrepancy though is my chicken sandwich has me throwing up right now, and my stomach has been hurting all day. I feel like my food was undercooked or something I dread to think any other reason why I’m feeling like this. The fries were on the limp side gamy and cold. It didn’t help five options of drinks I wanted were out. So I don’t know my experience of the situation was all bad this time. Shame on you Wendy's! Ok - on the up side - 1 male employee saw I had a lg dog & quickly offered 2 nuggets. How nice! When he saw I actually had 2, he got 2 more nuggets & was polite! Very nice!! I used to love you guys! But service & food in (my newly recent) Detroit area has been consistently Bad! For 3 years. This was the worst tho. 1st we were charged $6 for your $5 biggie bags. What?! Then it all went downhill. I should've taken pics. The nuggets were shriveled/unfresh, unlike the the dogs'. My bacon cheeseburger bun was stale. Stale! & the bacon?! Ugh Was some crumbles in the center!! No joke. I also had to cut out the green center of the tomato. This was supposed to be a treat for us but instead was a hassle & big waste of $.
