Jasmine Grill & Cafe is truly a culinary oasis that transports you straight to the heart of the Mediterranean and Persia! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with the intoxicating aromas of spices and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
The menu is a delightful journey through Mediterranean and Persian cuisine, offering a wide array of options that cater to all tastes. I decided to try the mixed grill platter, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The meats were expertly marinated and grilled to perfection, bursting with flavor and paired beautifully with fluffy saffron rice and fresh herbs.
What really impressed me was the attention to detail in every dish. The tabbouleh was a refreshing burst of flavor, and the hummus was creamy and smooth, making it the perfect accompaniment to the warm, fluffy pita bread. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and passion for authentic cuisine.
The service was exemplary—our server was attentive, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. They provided great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable dining experience.
To top it off, we indulged in their baklava for dessert, and it was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal—layers of flaky pastry, nuts, and honey that melted in my mouth!

Read moreThe cashiers were helpful and the restaurant itself looks clean. Safety measures were observed and hand sanitizers were available due to Covid. Maybe the food wasn't as good since they were about to close when I picked up my order, but the beef was severely over cooked and some sides were charred which made it bitter, the only flavor I can make out. I am so used to mediterranean food with vibrant greens accompanied by a flavorful oil-vinaigrette dressing, but their salad is basically a bag of iceberg lettuce drenched in water. I should've probably asked to place the dressing on the side, but I thought it was understood since I ordered several plates and catering size platters. Even then, I don't think it would have helped since the lettuce pieces were brown on the edges. The garlic yogurt tastes sweet like Yoplait. The hummus was creamy enough. The boneless chicken is ok. I do think it was cooked appropriately, but flavor is definitely lacking. The only thing that was good was the dessert. They have a wide variety. I may give this place another chance maybe during the day time, but the food during this visit was not good at all. Oh, and the falafel was over cooked with an abundance of sesame seeds, burned sesame seeds...
Read moreA disappointment with poor customer service. Overpriced and manager is not willing to help first time customers who are hungry. I went there to try their shares only to find out the cooks are on break and they can only sell dessert. I got 2 pieces of Turkish delight candy and 1 baklava and I spent $14.00!!! When I tried them, the Turkish delight was flavorless sugar and water while the baklava was weird tasting!!! No butter, no real walnuts, not even walnut flavor!! Only an unidentifiable weird flavoring they added. When I asked the manager if, as a courtesy, she can replace them with an actual meal that had substance, she refused. She said she can only give me 10% off a real meal. When, I told her I will place this experience in my review, she said it is fine and she does not care. In these hard times, this restaurant advertises that they will give free food to poor hungry people; in my experience, they do not. Instead, they mislead people into thinking they are kind people and so that customers drive out if their way to buy food from kind people. Unfortunately, this is false advertising. Be warned!!!! If you are unhappy with their food or service, you are on your own. They do not...
