Pho Hana — Restaurant in Diamond Bar

Best milk tea in the area, I know it's weird to say this for a Pho restaurant but as I've been trying Tan Cha and other "famous" tea shops around Rowland and surrounding areas, non of them make the original milk tea better than the free samples served in this Pho restaurant.

As a place for me go occasionally go to for work lunches, they always serve up to speed and service is excellent, portion is great. (only 1 time I was served with less portion)

Rice and vermicelli plates are less appealing than their pho as BBQ meat dishes are less competitive compared to other pho restaurants, they have a different marinate methods. Customer service was good initially but he messed up and misunderstood our order. I asked for 4 total bowls and they only put in 3. This is probably an honest mistake.

One of the veggies they gave us was spoiled and rotton and they were also stingy on giving us srircha.

I also ordered a thai tea with boba and the boba was definitely not fresh, the pearls were hardened.

If the store was busy, I would have more compassion but they literally only had 1 customer

I had spent about $100 for the meals and I left a 20% tip for a takeout order

I drive for Uber eats and they let their food get stolen by someone. The restaurant offered to remake it for the customer and had me wait for awhile then the restruant proceeded to retract their offer and tell me to cancel.
