I was having trouble with my iPhone as it stopped getting service out of nowhere. I had already gone to an AT&T store and to the Apple Store twice and nobody could figure out what was going on with my phone. They had done factory resets and changed my SIM card a couple of times and nothing. As I was told to go back and forth between AT&T and Apple, this store was one of the last stops I made before I finally got my phone fixed. Coming in, they were really helpful and knowledgeable. They genuinely wanted to help me figure out what was going on and get my phone to work again. Although they told me I’d have go do Apple Store again, I was relieved that they were able to provide some feedback as to what might’ve happened. Every other person that I had previous interaction with were no help and just kept sending me somewhere else and never provided me with any type of information as to where this went wrong. Read moreToday at approximately 5:20pm I walked into the store (8/11/35) and the male Asian employee was on the phone, the store was empty and directed me to sign in on the waiting list, I signed in and waited for about 2 minutes, ended his phone call and stood up and I thought he was gonna come to help me out, then the phone rang and the employee went and sat back down to answer the call, I waited an extra minute and still no customer service, I was there to add a new line and get mt son his first phone but due to the bad customer service which I felt like I was ignored I left the store, and my son left in tears because they ruined his dream of getting his first phone, I've been a loyal customer to at&t and I personally wouldn't recommend this...

Everywhere I go, I feel like they are not trustable. The last time I went to T-mobile, they don’t seem to care about you as a customer.
