My mom introduced me to this place for facials and aesthetics. It's so funny that these people who sell aesthetics but they don't even use any of the procedures and/ or products on themselves. If you ever been to the real medical aesthetics in Diamond Bar, where doctors and nurses stand by during business hours, you'll know what I am talking about. I mean where do you see a nurse or doctor, or even a certified medical assistant at this location? And look at the manager Ping, so much wrinkles on her face. Look like she's in her mid 60's. Obviously, she's not trusting medical aesthetics at all, or else she'd fix her wrinkles with Botox, or other things like mesotherapy first. Why would they sell medical aesthetics procedures but she won't even do anything on their own face?! Look at that person name Jia Jia, she's so fat but they are trying to convince customers that their weight loss machine works, how ironic is that?! They pretend they are not the owner, so in case of conflicts or medical malpractice, they can just avoid responsibility. Warning, they are trying to SELL their beauty shops and changing owner. So don't put your thousands, ten thousands, money to this shop! Every time when you come, they will just keep selling and selling, but won't resolve any of your concerns. They try every way to cut corner in every procedures for facials , medical, body , everything! Their high end ultherapy machine may not be medical graded, even if they show you they are contracted on the ulthera website. They can use a counterfeit machine or older version machine when doing the actual procedure. And they tend to cut corners like using less solutions and products, like Ultherapy procedure. They use less pulses that they promised, they use half of the solution instead of the whole bottle. They have tricks to cut corner in every way, you just can't trust them. Look at the facial mask they use. It is not even facial salon graded. They just use over the counter Korean masks ($0.50 per piece) like Won Jin effect, JayJun, JM Solutions, etc. They don't have RN or doctors on site and photos of their machines isn't allowed. They just do collaboration with doctors, so if you are not feeling well after the procedure or injections, no one will look after you. When do you see a doctor or nurses stay at their place for 8 hours shift? Never! They may have posted photos with nurses and doctors, but they are just there for pictures purposes as an advertisement. These people are disgusting and doing very shady business. Beware, don't come here! There are plenty of small beauty and aesthetics around the area. Just Google with your zip code. P.s all their positive reviews are bought by their managers. Don’t go to this Medi Spa. You will be so disappointed by their service and the price! I made appointment for a full body massage of 90 minutes for $90, which they confirmed according to their Facebook advertisement.
