WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Diamond Bar

Not even giving it one star as it doesn't deserve it. I picked up food yesterday evening and discovered all the rice was mainly un-cooked. I went back to the store to return. The associates couldn't refund the money because they don't know how to do it! They told me the manager Christina would be there the next day and refund my money. Today I wasted another trip to the restaurant as the manager again wasn't there and that I could meet her tomorrow. They wanted me to give them the receipt and they would refund my money. I told them NO that this was the only way I had proof of purchase. I don't blame the kids working there as they are only doing what they are told by the horrible management. I like eating at Waba Grill but I will NEVER order food from there again! It's ridiculous that they don't train the associates to return money to a paying customer. Putting this in Yelp too! I started going to this Waba Grill pretty recently when passing through the area, and I gotta say, it's my favorite one to go to! By far the cleanest one, my food is served quickly with the correct portions, and all in all I could tell people work efficiently around here. Food at this location was okay. I ordered a salmon plate, which I requested veggies, but I did not get since the order taker was more concerned with getting cups for another customer than taking my order. It wad more important for her to address his needs than finish my order, with respect. This is my second time coming to this location and received poor service.
