Pelican's Snoballs - Diamondhead — Restaurant in Diamondhead

Stopped by here on the way to New Orleans. Google says hours until 8pm, it is 6:04 local time. Building is pitch black and lot is dark so we did not get out to see if there was specific signage indicating why closure differed from Google listing. As travelers who are making a specific effort to detour to your establishment it would have been nice to have known you would be closed today. I was very excited to see a snoball stand open in diamondhead. I have tried it twice. Very disappointed the first time. The ice was great, but the flavor was bland. The second time it was a little better but when I got to the bottom of the cup, the ice was dry. I'll try again with hopes it...

If you want really good snowballs, this is a great place. They have so many flavors and different ways to get your snowball. The sky is the limit or at least your taste buds are.
