Emma was a manager tonight on a Thursday. SHE IS AMAZING!!
I ordered a pizza and it was incorrectly made. After calling the store and getting put on hold for too long, I was MAD…. I hadn’t eaten all day and couldn’t afford to wait. So, i decided to drive there myself and get my money back in person. I was heated. When I walked in I was shocked.
Three people were there. One driver who was leaving for a delivery, one prepper (who looked exhausted & was at the end of her shift), & Emma the manager (who was fielding orders, finishing pizzas, & also doing prep work)
My anger towards my incorrect order, turned into me being very impressed at how well things were moving considering Emma was basically the only one handling business. She deserves an award, hell…. She deserves a corporate position. Anyone else would have bailed, but she was pushing through. (I cant discredit the other employees tho)
These people have to deal with a-lot & the last thing they need is some jerk coming in there mad af because they didnt get sauce on their pizza.
After everything was said and done…. I got my refund & Even though she was stretched to her limit, she still had great repertoire, & because of that alone…..Dominos will still receive my business.
Good job Emma. They should really hire more help for you or at least pay you more. I will be writing corporate about your performance...

Said our order must be at a different store couldn’t be cause this is the same number we call every time as the number is saved in our contacts . They take the order make the food order was ALL wrong . Get home to realize it wasn’t what we ordered . I call back to get things squared away re took the order and said they would deliver this time and would be 30 min it’s already been an hour and 15 min still nothing to call and be told the guy made it for carry out . Not delivery that it was gonna be another 45 min wait for our food but that time it would be cold and we have been waiting to eat for 3 hours now . Called after still waiting for my new order to be made and delivery never got delivered and manger said it won’t be delivered cause he tries to help me and I was rude and hung up on him. I said sure I hung up when u confirmed with me I still wanted my pizza not a refund. So then I called back and just tell him I’m tired of waiting want a refund and corporate’s number . Tells me he doesn’t have the corporate number . Told him that bs and got hung up on and will no longer answer the phone. And still have not received a refund . Manager is no help , is rude , and has no idea what he is doing . Will never order from this...
Read moreIt was my worst experience with a pizza delivery. I ordered pizza for the family and used the app to track the delivery. An hour and a half later, the app said it was delivered, but it was not. I called the store, trying to be polite since they would be handling my family’s dinner for the night. However, when I asked for the name of the person I was talking to, she got very defensive. Despite this, I remained polite and addressed her as "ma’am." However, she abruptly hung up on me when I requested to cancel the order and be refunded.
Frustrated, I decided to drive to the store to ask for a refund and make a complaint in person. When I arrived, I asked for the manager. The manager asked me for the name of the person I had spoken to, but I explained that she had refused to give me her name. He responded by saying that only deep-voiced males worked at the store, which I found strange and unhelpful. As I was getting ready to leave, I heard a voice that I had thought was a lady's coming from the person answering the phone. At that point, I realized the manager was being untruthful.
