Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dickinson

I am not happy at all with the service i received today. so i am 31 weeks pregnant and i have been craving little caesars ALL day and when i went for dinner to get some for both my husband and i, it was raining so i decide i am going to go through the drive thru. i get around the building and there was 6 cars in front of us, it took us 45 mins to get to the window to order. first off if i knew the line was this long i would have just went inside. but once you get around the building it is pretty much 1 lane and your stuck in line. when i get to the window order 1 pepperoni extramostbestest. the lady ran my card and then told me she had none ready at the moment it would be 6 mins and then told me i needed to park and then come in to get my pizza because they unfortunately can not bring it out to me or i had to go around the building and get in line again and wait another 45 mins to get my pizza which would have been cold by the time i got back to the window. so i parked and went in and 25 mins later still no pizza. so we requested a refund and went somewhere else after waiting over an hour for 1 pizza. i was not happy at all. There is no point in going through the drive through if you don’t “drive through” if they make you come inside that’s bad for business. also there is no point in going to little ceasers if you don’t get your pizza within 15-20 minutes if not instantly. it’s not a premium pizza it’s just barely better than frozen pizza. will not be coming to this little...

WOW this location is horrible. Worst service I have ever experienced. Lazy workers... service is terribly slow and not very friendly. This place used to be really good when they first opened a few years back, but lately it has gone down hill.. This wasn't my first time experiencing terrible customer service.. but I decided to give it a few times to see if anything has changed, but no. So I won't be going back anymore. Pay the extra money and go to Pizza Hut.

UPDATE: 07/09/23 So, years later I decided to try this place AGAIN, not sure why, but nothing has changed since the last time I was here. Geez, almost an hour wait for a large pizza and cheese bread. Seriously? No "sorry for that long wait" or no complementary item either. Other people came after me and got their pizza's. AND funny enough, they didn't even get my pizza right, but 20 minutes before closing, I wasn't going to even bother. 5+ people waiting in the front when all the workers are in the back on their phones, laughing and saying cuss words towards each other. RIDICULOUS!! I hate this place. Never...

My bank and the police have been notified of fraud. Yesterday I went in to order three pizza's that were already made to save some time after a long dinner. The new employee did not understand when i asked her what was ready. The employee told me and I ordered only to find out that she misunderstood me. She asked if I wanted my receipt and I said no thank you. The mangaer had to come up and clear that charge and just charge me for the pizza that they actually had ready. I forgot my regular card and used my bank debit card that I never use so this was the only purchase on this card in months for food. To my shock I got a notification from my bank this morning that someone tried more than three times to use my bank card to make a purchase in another state. Capital one gets five stars for catching the thief and Leaue City police get 5 stars for their hard work to respolve this issue. One is the lowest I could put but I wanted to warn others. This is a crime and my financial instituition is aware of the address and employee and managers name. I hope this is helpful...
