I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent visit to your Dunkin' location, which unfortunately did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your establishment. During my visit, I observed several issues that detracted from the overall experience. The restaurant appeared unkempt, with dirty counters that were not cleaned despite the employees having moments of downtime. With three employees present, they were engaged in conversation and laughter, rather than attending to their responsibilities. When I placed my order with Yen, she seemed uncertain and confused about the process. I waited and listened as the employees bickered among themselves. Christina appeared overly excited about a conversation with a police officer at the drive-thru window, and when her co-worker Zen asked for assistance in the kitchen, Christina responded with attitude, stating that Yen had asked her to handle drinks. This lack of teamwork was troubling. I stepped in to encourage cooperation, but the situation escalated, with Zen expressing her frustration and Christina reacting negatively. I reassured Zen that I was not upset with her, acknowledging her attempts to seek help that were ignored by her colleagues. Additionally, I felt compelled to remind an employee to change her gloves after handling her phone and then touching food. Zen became defensive, insisting that she had already changed her gloves multiple times. I explained that hygiene protocols must be followed consistently, especially in a food service environment. As I was leaving, I overheard an employee make a remark that I found inappropriate—"I'm going to pray for you!"—which prompted me to seek clarification. Yen's response was unclear and seemed dismissive, adding to my frustration. To compound the issues, I noticed fruit flies crawling on the donuts, which is unacceptable for food safety standards. I was unable to capture images of the dirty counters but did take pictures of the affected donuts. I sincerely hope that these young ladies receive the necessary training to improve their skills and that management ensures proper supervision and guidance. It is concerning that they appeared to be operating without clear direction, as it felt as though they were sent to manage the store without adequate training. I believe this situation presents an opportunity for growth for both the employees and management, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the further.

I stop by this Dunkin’ regularly for my morning coffee, and they never miss. Their black coffee is always hot, fresh, and consistent—exactly what I need to start my day. No matter when I go, I know I’m getting the same great cup every time, which is something I really appreciate. On my last visit, I had my dog with me in the car, and the staff at the drive-thru absolutely melted when they saw her. They were all so excited, and one of them even gave her a pup cup. Instead of just handing it over and moving on, they all took a moment to watch her enjoy it, which made the whole experience feel extra wholesome. It was such a small thing, but it really stood out and made my morning. Between the consistently great coffee and the friendly staff who go out of their way to create little moments like that, this Dunkin’ has definitely earned a five-star review. I’ll keep coming back—not just for the coffee but for the great service and positive energy!

I always stop here when I go to New York from Virginia and is very convenient for me. I won’t stop here again because they did something very wrong and stole my money. I purchased the same order because I thought that the first order didn’t go through. Then I realized that I did duplicate order’s so I went ahead to tell the lady at the front desk, she was the manager at that time. She said yeah I’ll just charge you one time and gave me my one order and gave me both receipts. I trusted her to do the right thing and didn’t give me my refund so she stole my money on behalf of Dunkin Donuts. So I will look for the transactions and do a a dispute soon because it only has about 2-3 months so I still can do it. People like that should be disciplined or not work with money cause their ethical is missing!

I always stop here when I go to New York from Virginia and is very convenient for me. I won’t stop here again because they did something very wrong and stole my money. I purchased the same order because I thought that the first order didn’t go through. Then I realized that I did duplicate order’s so I went ahead to tell the lady at the front desk, she was the manager at that time. Either Dunkin' should have ALL donuts available until closing, or they should just close the doors! (BTW, I'm NOT just talking about this specific location) I asked for the Boston Creme; Double Chocolate; Sour Cream... all gone 😑Substituted something with Chocolate Croissant... Wife asked me to break it open before we drove out --- not Chocolate! Went inside (so much for drive through service 🥴) waited again, and... "Oh, we're out of the Chocolate." Substituted with a nice Chocolate Chip Muffin though.

I've been to Dillsburg Dunkin' MANY times, and usually I've been pleased. Their Apple Fritters have a generous amount of an "apple goo" (my best description of a gelled filling with chunks in it) 😋 Although, I do wish that ALL Dunkin's could be consistent with their Fritters. 🤨 Anyway... Inside the lobby, at least you can see what's missing from the display cases (A LOT missing, on this particular Monday), and make your donut substitution decisions while you wait. (but WHY does the person in front of you ALWAYS get the last half-dozen Double Chocolates? Leave me at least ONE! 😭🤬)

At the Drive-Thru, it's always a guessing/question/substitution game. No WONDER the lines are so long!

They should ALL have indoor cameras, to transmit to outdoor video menus, with streaming views of their donuts, available for us to see... LIVE! Better service, faster donuts......

Hands-down, one of the worst experience at a Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve had of course I don’t go there very often and I remember why now bunch of high schoolers that are unprofessional one person sitting in the lounge room on an iPad with a leg over the armrest guy to take my order I had to explain what I wanted several times he still couldn’t get it seemed confused And out of it the girl making the food asked me three times what I was getting several times I had explained that I had certain types of food sandwich with sausage and what not and avocado toast with a macchiato. I didn’t get any flavor, but I didn’t realize I needed to ask for a sweetener. They were very unhelpful and it took forever guy before me it seemed very upset his drink, which was just a coffee was taking forever other guys that came in after me got one of their drinks before I even got my food or drink Probably won’t go back, even though I was at the Tesla charger, getting...
