Very disappointed. I couldn’t make it out for lunch so I had delivery. Most of their salad WITH chicken are in the $6-7 range. He charges me $7.50 for the salad, which I only wanted tomato and mushrooms on, and $3 more for chicken. Then forgot the chicken! But no worries there was a hair and peppers that I never wanted. I called back and again, because I couldn’t go out for lunch, agreed for them to come back out also addressing the cost again….I figured he would offer something when he came back especially after getting a HAIR and no chicken he charge me extra, extra for. Nope he dropped off the replacement salad at the front desk and bolted. No apology, no lets give you a coupon towards something after price gauging….nada. I live right in town and will never order from them again. I will let everyone know they care diddly about customer satisfaction, only about the $. EDIT...and then the tomatoes on the replacement were total mush/bad and all around salad not worth $4 let alone...
Read moreI ordered from here 2 times, first time never even got my meal the delivery guy took it home with him apparently and was reimbursed about 3 business days later.
The second time my pizza was so cold I had to put it back in my oven for 20 minutes just to melt the cheese again, sauce tasted bitter and old, and I payed almost $100.00 for these 3 dead pizzas and sauce-less hot wings.Millennium would never survive in my hometown too much competition to be slacking like this...
I've heard complaints of management not only from the business itself but plenty of locals and in my honest opinion he/she has never worked hard a day in his/her life. I will not condone that or reward such business with my hard earned money. Their is no fish? No drivers? What exactly is the "Boss" doing? Enjoying being paid to be useless..
THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET OFF THE COUCH AND DELIVER A MEAL IF THIS IS HIS/HER BUSINESS!!!!! lazy business ethics makes for disgusting food.
Lead by example or close...
Read morePizza was a solid B. Unspectacular but solid. Picking up the pizza was another story. I have never felt like I was inconveniencing someone so much by asking to pick up a pizza I paid for. I ordered and paid online ($1.50 service charge for ordering online, by the way, which may actually worth it based on how it sounded to call in an order), waited the 45 minutes for my pizza to be ready, and went in to get it. I was told to wait, then told the order didn’t go through, then my pizza was miraculously on top of the pizza oven. Meanwhile, two people called the restaurant while I was waiting and were treated poorly. Another customer came in and the interaction was almost immediately hostile. Certainly far from a welcoming atmosphere.
In short, the pizza is edible but the service was anything...
