The longer this place is in business the worst it becomes. It used to be really good and now it's only mediocre. I got a turkey bacon sub onion rings and two drinks was 20 bucks. The sub was literally bread with four pieces of turkey bread out over a footlong sub same with the provolone. The lettuce was big chunks a white hard heart of the lettuce It couldn't even be bit into it had to be pulled out. You couldn't taste anything but the bread... Because that's literally all the sub was. The bacon was so hard you couldn't even chew it. Now let's talk about the onion rings... pizza joint you would think good onion rings I don't even know what these were or how to explain it. They were some cheap knock off of fake onion rings that tasted horrible and the consistency was terrible. There was two of us and we each only ate one or two But the horrible taste lingered for the rest of the night. The consistency of them was it itself horrible experience. My mother always liked the chicken parmesan. She's a stroke victim It was always soft enough for her to chew the last couple times I got it We literally had to throw it out ( and it's expensive)because she couldn't even chew it I tried it and I have no issues and still couldn't chew it. It's sad it seems like We get a decent place and they just go downhill. It's not even like they were busy and unfortunately I can see why they weren't. I have given them several chances and I will no longer buy from this restaurant. I can go across the street to Sheetz and actually get a very filling good sub for half the price of what they charge. To me when a gas station is better than a...
Read moreGiving a 1 star. 3 of us arrived at 530ish on a Sunday evening. We had a seat and the waitress finally came out with menu's and took our drink order. From there it went down hill. There was only 5 other tables taken and they were finished as she gave their bills. She said sorry we are very busy. We ordered wings, a stromboli, chicken fingers and fries and a cheese steak sub. 25 minutes later she brings out the stromboli. Yes. That's it. 10 minutes later she brings out the wings. At that point I told her to put everything else to go because hubby was finished with the boli. She gave us our bill and said I left them know you were upset. Seriously 10 minutes when by and we finally took the bill upfront to pay. No one knew we were upset, no one knew anything! The owner apologized and said we got so busy with call in orders and explained there was a problem with the waitress. I'm sorry but that isn't my problem. I thought they would do something about the bill but nothing. Yes, we got our food after 1 1/2 hours. Came home...wings were not done, fries were cold and chicken fingers were rubbery. We will not go back. I am not a complainer but this...
Read moreTried this place for the first time and it will be my last. I ordered 7 large pizzas and 2 gluten free pizzas. The crust was super dry and hard. They don’t use fresh ingredients but canned toppings. It’s cheap quality. The gluten free pizzas were way overpriced. It was $12 just for a plain one and then $2 for each topping. They charge you a 3.9% credit card fee so my total came out to about $164. They don’t even tell you that over the phone or when you hand them your card. When I questioned the lady behind the cash register about the added fee she pointed to the sign in front of the register. Well, as soon as I read through the sign, there was an insect crawling along the plexiglass in front of the sign. I wish I could’ve said something but there was a customer behind in line and so I didn’t want to be “rude”. This would really hurt their business though. I hope they do better in their kitchen because it’s not worth the money and risk of eating pizza from a place that overcharges and has insects...
