We came in purchased a 300 dollar iPhone 7 and was told we could take it to any carrier and have it activated. So after our purchase we went to the nearest T-Mobile store and tried to activate it, but was told it was locked and could not be used on the Sprint network. In turn we were forced to buy an iPhone from them as well. We returned to the store and was told no refund!!! We had the receipt and all, but no he claims we were lying, so in turn I called the T-Mobile where we just came from and out it on speaker so she could tell him what the issue was. He still refused to refund my money for a defective product which we no longer needed. He swears he could make it work but why after we Already replaced the phone. I send my husband out because I could tell he was becoming upset. After my husband exits he starts screaming at me, and threatening to call the police. I didn’t let it go past that point and called the police myself. All while exiting the establishment because I now fear for my safety because you have now threatened me with calling police on a BLACK woman! I waited for police who told me to take it to civil court where I’m guaranteed to win the case. I asked the officer to retrieve the iPhone (which he still had). The officer didn’t even want to hear his side because he was wrong. I will be filing a civil lawsuit as well as posting this to ALL social...
Read moreMy wife got her IPhone 11 screen replaced here a few weeks ago. This morning her phone died and when she put it back on the charger the screen wasn’t working anymore. Can’t open the phone at all because it’s not recognizing touch but the power and volume buttons works and can still get calls. We brought it back to be looked at and were basically left with no resolution. The worker was unprofessional, uncaring and rude. She couldn’t get it fixed because she didn’t have a receipt and couldn’t access her phone. No receipt no help or pay all over again. When she originally got it fixed the guy was short and rude and made no mention of needing the receipt to come back. We went 3 minutes away to another store with better customer service. I will never return here nor recommend. There are thousands of repair stores around, why would we need to lie and come to FIXI specifically? He knew exactly who I was talking about when I called this morning to tell him...
Read moreI don't normally leave reviews but my husband and I both received poor service fro this store. I went into the store to have my screen repaired and before I left the store, my screen slowly dimmed from pink to black and turned back on about a minute after. I showed him the phone and he said it must be something wrong with my actual phone. My husband got his phone repaired here also about a few days prior and his phone too was fading in and out. It's clearly the quality of the screens that's the problem! The owner doesn't offer refunds so be careful if you decide to use...
