Mid Atlantic Seafood — Restaurant in Suitland

My food was cold. The worst was the customer service, especially from the females. They were on their cell phones. I said y'all should smile, eyes were rolling . Not friendly at all, I was at work all day as well and just getting off. However, I still smile and greet people. That's what I told them, do you think that changed the attitudes..? Nope.. The guy walked away with an attitude, and the females continued with attitude and on cell phones. They all need to be retrained. I will never ever spend my money in there again. I love Mid Atlantic, but the location on silver hill road do not go there. You should be thankful to have a job, and as long as you're on the clock, you should be greeting customers with a pleasant smile, not say you've been there all day. They look like teenagers.. Food went in trash, I live around the corner, and there was no reason why my food should have been so cold. The only thing that was hot was fish. It's a shame we give these people our money and they treat us like this. I'm not letting this slide. I spent 50.00 dollars in there , I should have just asked for my money back and walked out. I mad at myself for not doing...

THEE WORST MID ATLANTIC I'VE EVER BEEN TO! I usually go to the New Carrollton location & have never had an issue. The food at the District Heights location was AWFUL! I wasted $23 on a crab cake sandwich that tasted sour, ice cold broccoli & cheese & some potatoes. The only part of the meal that was edible was the potatoes. I've had MANY crab cakes from the New Carrollton location & always had pieces of lump crabmeat in the cake & they were delicious! The one I got today was some kind of chopped up meat that didn't taste or look like what I usually get from the other location. Idk WHY the broccoli and cheese was ice cold!! And they handed me 2 slices of wheat bread for the crab cake sandwich😃 They don't even put it on a roll or bun. This milust be a knock-off Mid Atlantic cuz not only did this location look dusty, they didn't have half of the side dishes served at the other locations!! I'm not eating this food! I went to Mid Atlantic Seafood because I really like how clean the one is Laurel however I was very surprised to see this location is totally different. The appearance is dirty and old not bright like the others but what did it for me is as I was about to order food a couple before me started ordering - the husband ordered barbecue ribs and cabbage and then the couple walked out after the clerk had already boxed it up looking confused and puzzled he took the food tray to the back and then all of a sudden this angry Asian came out and dumped the food back on the buffet the cabbage had barbecue sauce on it. CROSS CONTAMINATION . I immediately spoke out he paid me no attention. We need to take a stand and stop eating any and everything especially when folks do not care about your well being. Not sure where the 4-5 stars came from but Dont eat there no telling...
