Meusel's Dairy Delite — Restaurant in Dixon Township

I ordered two small banana split milk shakes for my mom and brother. They were drinking the shakes and kept wondering why they didn't taste right. My mother opened up her cup, and saw that they only put bananas in it. It was a regular banana shake. When I called and asked if we could have them remade or a refund or a credit. They were half way through the shakes before they realized. Addison answered when I called and told me since they drank half of the small shake, they could remake them but in kiddie size. I told her we could bring the shakes back and we should either get the same size back or a refund. She said she couldn't do either one since the shakes were half way gone. She offered only a kiddie size. Manager David was passed the phone. As that happened, Addison told him I was yelling at him. This was not true. I told him how she said she would only replace them with kiddie size. He told me he's not sure why she would say that. He offered to replace them with small shakes. I told him we would think about it. At that point, we really didn't want anything to do with them. They also made two Oscar the grouch garbage cans and the were only a quarter full. We asked why there was so little and we were told that was the first time he made them in the cans. And it was a very small amount. I spent $40 on that order for my family and I felt like they were very unprofessional when I voiced my concerns. I wasn't even angry or yelling. ...

This place is usually so fast!!! Somtimes there are complicated or large orders which I can understand. Ice cream is tasty and cheaper than other creameries in the area. The only downsides I know of would be the drive through is not lowered car friendly, scrapes on even some stock height cars, only one window for the drive thru which can make a long line going down the street. Luckily two laned.

I'm not pleased with this place for a couple reasons. I got a small flurry and I swear it was the size of a mini at DQ. Not to mention it was almost $3.00😮😮 I just ordered a "brownie" supreme (if you want to call it it) THAT IS NOT A BROWNIE!! THAT IS CHOCOLATE CAKE!!! I don't see how there is any possible way you can call this a brownie. Definitely...
