Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dixon

The young Indian girl was rude to me when my friend went to pick up my order, he asked for the oder made under my name or his, they didn't have it because they never asked my name. So he said the total should be $9.59 (approx. Amount). So they gave him the order with that total . Upon arriving at home and eating most of the breadsticks before getting there I noticed it was a cheese pizza and order of breadsticks. Wrong order. I called them and they said to bring it down and they will exchange it, of course after the b!÷@# was rude and said maybe my friend and I need to communicate better. I go down there and hand them the pizza, she advised me that she needed the breadsticks which I told her they were gone. She refused to comp the breadsticks even when I told her I didn't bring any money with me and since it was partially their mistake she could let it go. Refuses and argued with me until I drove across down for 3 dollars. I told her when I come back I want a fresh order since it's been awhile since it was cooked. I returned with the money she handed me my order which was not fresh it was the same one from earlier. I went in there when it was empty and ordered bread sticks and a medium pizza, the place filled up with people on their way home, 45 minutes later, I was the last one in there.
