Tried to place an order for delivery, exactly 2.4 miles away and was told they couldn't deliver that far. The manager told me it wasn't a matter of order size, but that corporate regulations prohibit them going that far. The day before, their delivery driver got lost in our parking lot trying to find the business next door. We directed him there, but the following day couldn't order for ourselves. I live jimmy John's. The sandwiches are always great. I'm a truck driver, so the fact that they deliver is an added bonus. But this location is bullshit. I'm at the closest truck stop/truck parking location. Exactly 3 miles. And they won't deliver this far unless the order is minimum $50. Seriously?! I've had locations deliver as far as 10 miles away. Guess truck drivers just don't matter to this one. I'll be taking my business to subway for dinner tonight. Thanks for the sour taste...
