I find it so incredibly unprofessional that all I wanted was to satisfy a huge craving I had, and that my food was stolen multiple times just because these employees didn’t want to work on Thanksgiving.
I made 3 orders to this restaurant, you’d think after the first one I would have said let me choose another, but like I said, I was trying to satisfy a craving and they were having a promotion for BOGO Whoppers and 8 pc chicken nuggets, cost me $15.34.
I doordashed the order and it was marked delivered, and when I called the driver asking where it was because it wasn’t here, he said the employees told him it was picked up earlier than when he got there. But he marked it as picked up and put that he delivered the order. 🙃
Same thing happened with the second order, the driver let me know before arriving that the same thing happened, that someone apreset picked up the order, and I contacted support and got credits, because it never arrived. 🙃🙃🙃
I placed a third order, warning the driver of what they would be doing, and lo’ and behold, I actually got something delivered. I had ordered 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches and my 8 PC chicken nuggets because after 11:00 looks like, the promotion for the BOGO Whoppers no longer applies and the prices went up for the Whoppers either way.
When the driver gets to my house, hands me the bag, and I open it to begin eating… I GOT THE DAMM WHOPPERS I ASKED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! 🤬🤬🤬 I made an order for 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches and 8 pc Chicken Nuggets that cost me $19.61 and got the order I made a while back that would have cost me $15.34 with the Whopper BOGO promotion…
So yeah, these people are scammers and need to be tested for drugs or something. I wish I could file a complaint for deceptive business practices and fraud because I literally got scammed into making 3 separate order because of lazy and/or stupid employees who didn’t like they were working on Thanksgiving.

About 2 months ago I went through this drive thru and once I placed my order not only did it take over 15 minutes to get food ( it was a family meal 3 whoppers, 3 fries and 3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries ). Not only was the service bad but when the person that was taking my payment she snatched my card and then proceeded to tell me my card did not go through. After 3 attempts and having another guy charge me in the front computer with a bad attitude she told me your card Finally went through and I was not even given a receipt. On Monday I checked my account and I was charged 3 times for the same transaction but with 2 of the charges were different amount. I called corporate customer and they told me they would get in contact with the store but it has been more then 2 months and over 5 calls and there has not been nothing at all not a call no email and burger kind corporate is a joke. They give you a bad attitude and all they say is that they can not do nothing else but send an email. You would think that they would care but they don't. Honestly stay away from this burger king. There staff is horrible and always joking around and they don't pay attention and there are 2 excellent employees normally 2 ladies in the morning that actually care about the outcome I wish I knew there names , but besides them everyone there is always playing around and they don't care. When we got to the window, she rolled her eyes and acted like she didn’t know how to speak english. Even when we spoke in Spanish she acted like she didn’t understand. (pretty sure she was just racist and didn’t want to serve us) After about 10 minutes of her glaring at us through the window and rolling her eyes she handed us our food. We asked her for ranch and she stared at us for like two minutes until her manager said “ranch” and she grabbed it then told us to leave. We left and decided to come back for a refund because as she was handing us our food she was holding in a laugh as if she had tampered with the food.
