Horrible service these people don’t know how to run a business and do tech on watches. When I arrived I asked them if they had the right tools to do a battery change on a VINTAGE BULOVA OVER $3000 and I asked them to not put a single scratch on it and to not do it if they don’t have the right tools. The first thing I saw when I received the watch was a huge scratch on the back. DO NOT BRING YOUR JEWELRY HERE FOR ANY TECH OR BATTERY CHANGES THEY WILL SCRATCH IT THES MOMEY LAUNDERERS NEED TO GO!

JC Gold Jewelers are amazing! They designed and custom made our jewelry exactly how we wanted them to look and come out as. The lion was extremely detailed and somehow they pulled it off! Can’t wait for our next project. We are customers for life! Thank you to Angie she was so attentive and professional as well as their wonderful team-so dedicated to their work/art! 💕
