I showed up looking for the diamonds 💎 they boast about and ended up being served carbon.
First off, I reached out to them via Instagram to share an honest review about my recent visit, but instead of addressing my concerns, they chose to block me and delete my post—effectively censoring my experience. That’s beyond unprofessional and frankly, offensive. If they can’t handle real feedback, they shouldn’t be in the business.
Now, let’s talk about the visit itself—because it was nothing short of a rip-off. I dropped $175 on what little they actually had. No burnt ends, no beef ribs—at 7:30 PM? Seriously? Then came the food. The chicken? So dry it could’ve been mistaken for my grandma's hoo haw.Completely inedible. The brisket? Decent but barely passable and dry. The ribs? Over-smoked and just as dry. The pulled pork? The only decent thing on the plate. I asked for Carolina Gold BBQ sauce and the look they gave me could pierce. They only have 2 sauces. A sweet and a regular. The brisket croquettes? Tasty, sure, but not remotely worth $15 for a handful of tiny, half-dollar-sized bites. And the cornbread? A complete joke—$6 each for a piece barely three inches long. I’m not exaggerating. Then there’s the insult of $3 bottled water—of the cheapest brand possible. Customer service fell short overall, the worst ever. Our server did not want to be there, terrible vibes. You serve american BBQ, please have someone that can communicate in English. This ain't La Ventanita!
Honestly, the whole experience was beyond disappointing. Between the outrageous pricing, the subpar food, and the refusal to acknowledge customer feedback, I won’t be back. And I suggest others think twice before wasting their money here.
They take ZERO accountability for any customer feedback! Look at the reviews here- all they will respond with is...

Full review (Pictures to accompany): We went here for a work lunch and unfortunately did not look at the reviews until after we ordered. To start with, the server did not speak English. I speak Spanish, which was the only reason the lunch was not an even bigger disaster. Regardless, after she took our orders (no other customers in the restaurant), she got them wrong and forgot the sides I had ordered literally 2 minutes earlier.
There were 5 of us and we ordered the whole chicken, brisket, and brisket sandwich. The chicken came out, and to say it was dry would be a severe understatement. There was hardly any meat on the wings and thighs and it seriously had zero moisture. My co-worker returned it and was brought a new chicken in 30 seconds. This chicken was also dry and I'm concerned about a place that can produce a supposedly recently cooked chicken in under 1 minute. He returned it again and chose to go with the sandwich.
My brisket was also dry, and the gallo pinto side I ordered seemed microwaved (center was cold and outside was warm). The icing on the cake was the beverages. It was $5 for a lemonade that is a tiny portion and was very sour. Even if you're okay with that, they don't offer tap water (which is always a red flag for me, since they'll probably nickel and dime you for a bottled water). The bottled water they brought out were $3 each and I was able to find the brand online: it's sold at Home Depot at a price of $2.98 for 24! So you are getting charged the price of 24 bottles of water for a single bottle of off-brand water.

Read moreI was looking for something local to me since I left homestead and stumbled upon this place. The service staff is very polite and welcoming. I was greeted with a big sign that reads "The Best Brisket in Town". I'm usually skeptical In places that proclaim statements as this. However, I gave them a shot. The atmosphere is nice. Everything is branded with the restaurant name. From the booths backing leather to the table tops. The whole staff speaks Spanish and not really English speaking friendly, good thing I'm bilingual. My party ordered the beef ribs, brisket mac and cheese and cole slaw. Honestly, place is passable for mediocre bbq. The Mac and Cheese is similar to boxed Kraft Mac and cheese. The Brisket was disappointing as it was drier than the Sahara desert, which makes me think about that "Best Brisket in Town" sign. Their BBQ Beef rib is good, which makes me believe that they should probably just stick to ribs.
Honestly, if you're not a bbq foodie, this place is cool but really not worth the prices. If you are looking for great quality bbq at a reasonable price head to Shivers BBQ down south.
