Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Doral

Just ordered a pizza for my children. They were excited to get the pretzels crust. Our very first time at any Little Ceasar's. Unfortunately the staff in no way shape or form advised us that this pretzels crust pizza comes with zero tomatoe sauce as a base. I got home to disappointed cheese bread basically. A crust with just cheese on top. When I called I was placed on hold for 20 minutes as they reviewed my order. So I hung up and went personally only to be told that the pizza comes that way. Never in my life have I ordereed a pizza withou sauce and if this is this case they should inform the consumer beforehand. Never going there again. I guess you get what you pay for. SAD. Total thumbs down. I chose one star because it wont let me post otherwise but in reality zero stars for me. No one even offered to correct the situation.

Dear Owner in response to your reply I went with a friend of mine to your establishment that day who happened to record the entire interaction at your store showing evidence that I never went there with an attitude. When I showed your employee the pizza she basically did explain what you mentioned. When I asked so what are my options she replied well you can order / buy another pizza pie with sauce. NEVER was I given the option for a pizza replacement. At that point all I said was keep the pizza and I know now to never buy here again and left...YOU weren't even there you don't know me so for you to call me RUDE it is your comment that is RUDE. I recently visited the Little Caesar's in Doral and I was extremely impressed with the service, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. The food was also well-made and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the cheese bread bites, which were absolutely delicious.
