Potomac Station Coffeehouse — Restaurant in Dormont

Kinda bummed. I went online to check if they where open says they where till 3pm. Walked in and was greeted with a " we're closed as the sign states in the door". I didn't see the sign as I was in much need of coffee. I felt very unwelcome. Being a barista myself I was kind of taken a back by the how rudely I was treated. I ended up going to my work to get coffee instead. Its further away from my house but I'm glad I did as I was greeted kindly there. Won't be back. If you have a private event I suggest editing your Google account to state that.

Cozy little coffee nook near the T-Station. I used to frequent with a friend before they moved out of the neighborhood. I've always had pleasant service, good coffee, and yummy breakfast sandwiches.

This time was no different, but I did grab a cookies and creme frosted cupcake because they looked so tempting!

Lunch is served until 5pm and there are paninis and wraps. I had the egg bacon and cheddar sandwich on an Asiago bagel today which was scrumptious.

I love that this year's Christmas was definitely 'support neighborhood businesses' and I had received quite a few gift cards for a place I already love. Today was my third time there, I am a huge fan of their cinnamon roll. Five stars on the cinnamon rolls highly recommend. Thick, filling, flavorful, cream cheese icing. Today was the first time I got a coffee drink. I was chatted up by the barista and she suggested to me brown sugar cinnamon iced latte as they make their brown sugar cinnamon syrup in-house. Absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommend I will get it again. I don't have a picture of the drink but I do have a picture of the cinnamon roll! As for the atmosphere, it was cool but there was a family with children there and they were kind of being loud. That's why I didn't give it five stars but that had nothing to do with the business. It just had to do with the customers in the business at the time...
