Arby's — Restaurant in Dothan

So about 2 weeks ago I know that's pretty late to be putting a review in but I just thought about doing it anyway me and my friend go through there and he orders a few things one of them being a sandwich with no bread because the meat is for his dog well we get home the meat minus the bread was not in there so we called told them that they forgot it and told them we wouldn't be able to come in right away maybe the next day the lady said come on in and we'll have your name and will give you a sandwich don't remember her name is during the daytime black lady says no you didn't do that we're not giving you no sandwich or meat because that didn't happen I put it in the bag I know it was in there I put it in there and the meat wasn't in there it's not a big deal but for her as a manager telling us what she did but she didn't do that's totally disrespectful and unethical and unmanagement like. Bad business all the way around I will never go back to the zombies again neither will my friend because of a corporation is biggest Arby's making all this money and they didn't put our food in the bag and they told us to come back the next day or whenever to get it and then we go and then the lady argues with us and tell us that she put it in there knowing that she did it that's wrong all the way around...

Honestly, it's sad to say this place is the best arbys in my city. Went in the doors at 730 on a Saturday night. My husband and I never got greeted. Just stood there looking at each other. And mind you, they were onky one other couple in the store. There was a girl there, bagging door dash orders or something of that sort. She called Chad to help us. Chad turns around and goes in the opposite direction. She then hollers. I was trying to get u to help these customers while I bagged those orders. Still haven't been greeted at this point. She tried a couple of times to get some help. No greeting, Not a how u doing, or I will be right with you or not even a hold on just a moment. She finally comes and takes our order. She was very pretty and very sweet . But I don't know if people are not trained well enough or what. We get our food quickly, my husband's roast beef waa cold.i got the brisket, which I sometimes get on my lunch. It was so greasy the meat seemed like it had sat there all day. Fries were cold. I mean, this place needs to do better. It's clear this Arbys needs some new management. Its like they were just left on their own with no one to make sure they are doing their job. We had a big order and it was worth every penny. The food was fresh and flavorful and everything was correct. The employees were friendly and Scott was wonderful on the register.

I love this Arby's because it's the best one in town, but they all are really good. I love their deals in the app and they have a coupon book floating around now with some really good deals in it.

This Arby's is a nice place to go if you need to get away for a little while. It is clean and has a peaceful atmosphere, and the employees work hard to please. I've been eating here since they opened, and I've never had a problem. The service is consistently accurate and fast.

My favorite is the Buffalo Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a large Curly Fries and a Dr Pepper, and I can eat two orders of the Jalapeño Poppers with the Bronco Berry Sauce. I also like the Beef & Cheddars with like 3 packs of Arby's sauce. I like the onion bun that they use on those too.
