Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Dothan

If only we could leave no stars.. We placed an order at 6:17 pm. We received a text at 6:55 that it was being made. We wondered why it cost more than usual and come to find out they don't have drivers at the moment so we paid $8 to have it delivered, not including the tip that we shouldn't have left. Door dash delivered it, which is why it cost more, but this was not stated anywhere because we ordered off their website and we definitely would've just ordered pizza from a different place. The order was delivered at 8:00 pm and cold. We called 3 times before someone answered and when we finally got through. We asked to speak to a manager and they hung up immediately! We called back 2 more times before someone answered and it was the manager. Before I could even explain exactly what happened I was cut off and told they are very busy and that if we wanted a new pizza it would take another hour and a half at least or they could credit it back. We go to bed at a decent hour and refuse to wait that long or eat that late. He was one of the rudest managers I have ever spoken to (coming from 2 people that have worked in the industry for over 15 years) as well as acted like he did not care at all. I will never order from this restaurant again, and it's too bad for the both of us because we order about once a week from this company. We will now just take our money elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend this business at this point. The entire experience was horrible!! Thank you for the refund but do not try to contact us because the only thing you can do to help your business is fire the absolutely terrible manager you have running the restaurant on the west side of Dothan. Whoever TJ is, is an incompetent worker. I called in to order a large pizza under the name Vitamin C. It is an inside joke I have with my friend. He sounded skeptical about it and asked if there was another name he could put it under. I gave him the real name. I told him what pizza I wanted and tried to pay over the phone with my card because my friend would be picking it up. He told me I can't do that for phone orders and that I would have to pay at the store. I said sorry I didn't know that and that it would be fine. He told me it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. When my friend gets to the store to get the pizza the person at the window said they had no pick up orders waiting. What kind of BS is that? I know I called the right store and I know that I ordered a pizza and gave him a name and he told me they would have it ready. Wasted my friends time and gas and quite frankly made me very angry. TJ needs to learn how to work at a drive thru. Won't be visiting this establishment anymore until competent employees are hired. It's not hard to make a pizza and jot down an order....

i went to hungry howie's this evening after placing an order by phone while on the phone with the representative they were laughing and giggling barely paying attention to my order i had to repeat it several times i was told to allow 10 to 15 minutes for my order to be ready i arrived at the store approximately 15 minutes after placing my order on arrival i was informed that the order had not been started yet and asked to wait an additional 7 minutes while they cooked my order which was fine i waited in the Drive-Thru line for an additional 15 minutes and then was asked to pull back around as my order was still not ready. during this time i noticed the staff was too busy throwing things at each other, goofing off and laughing to do their job and make my order when i finally came back around they did not even remember who i was and had to re asked me who i was and what my order was at which time they handed me my order and i left don't know if i'll...
