Update: 4/26/23 I dined in again recently. Our waiter was fantastic. Still a long wait, but the staff did so much better. The food was outstanding and there weren’t tons of staff standing around. I’m hoping the to go times picks up soon because I would love to take some tacos back to my family!

4/16/23 The food is always great, but the staff & timing needs work. I called in an order for one at 4:44. I was told 25 minutes. I walk in and get a text saying my food is ready at 5:09. The waitress went to check, but didn’t follow up. At 5:22 I ask her again. She goes to check and never comes back. I see her tending to ice. I finally get my food at 5:30. It’s cold. They have tons of staff just standing around, but they won’t make eye contact with you. Why are there five waiters standing at the bar at any time? There’s no reason it should have taken 45 minutes. I’m especially annoyed that it was done at 5:09, but the staff couldn’t actually check and bring it to the front. PS Taco has a great product, but the owners need to come in and train the employees to be present and efficient.

When we dined in the restaurant we had a nice waiter, but that day there were people standing all around again. The bartender was so loud. All we could hear was her conversations with her family that were...

I attempted to eat at PS Tacos twice and had negative experiences on both occasions. First attempt was around the grand opening last year. I went with a family member around 8:45pm and was told that we could not be seated because they were closing early. We called in advance to confirm their hours and were told they closed at 10pm. Nonetheless I wrote that off as a miscommunication with the holidays and it being busy. Fast forward to today 01/27/24. I stopped there for lunch at around 2:30pm. The restaurant was fairly empty with the exception of two patrons dining in (seated together) and a young man at the bar completing paperwork (I’m not sure if he worked there or not). The sign said wait to be seated which is what I did. The gentleman at the bar called to the back to inform them someone was waiting. He called back there like 5 or 6 times. I’m a patient person however after waiting for over 3 minutes without being greeted or seated I left. I really wanted to try the food but sadly I probably won’t be back because it doesn’t seem that they are...

First of I can see they're racist they hired several African Americans when they first opened because they were busy but after two weeks they made excuses to terminate them all but I went into the restaurant to order some food and the floor was sitting in water as soon as you walk in and there were people sitting in there eating and at least 8 employees standing around doing nothing in my opinion if the front of the store nasty and filthy then imagine what the kitchen look like as a career food manager I would never eat there had I been the health department it was grown to close that place immediately As a response to the reply I don't make empty accusations or hold grudges nor have I worked there but yes if you',d like I will post the picture of the floor sitting in water as soon as you step in the place with a wet floor sign I almost tripped over it last Saturday afternoon about4:30 to be exact,I'm just giving a review to the public not trying to ruin your livelihood but if you would like me to post the picture I took...

Don’t mind how I’m eating y’all . Those taco fries were a 10/10 😩😍 . The flavors were popping . Such a great experience with delicious food . Can’t wait to go back 🤭. #viral #foodie #tacos #whattoeat #alabama

First time here, and we thoroughly enjoyed our food. The star of the night is the salsa - it's mild and fresh, and so flavorful. Worth every penny! Skinny fish taco was full of flavor, and the Belly of the Beast was a hit. We love the flavor combinations for each taco option. We also enjoyed the fish and shrimp taco, and brisket too. They have gluten free options and helped one of our guests navigate the menu to pick the right dishes. Rachel served us, and she was so gracious and helpful to our big family who had a lot of questions. Food was served quickly. Kids liked their meals! Will be back! Only thing, temperatures inside were a little cold so we'll bring a jacket next time.

P.S. taco is a newish place that opened near west way publix. I really enjoyed how the interior was decorated, it is wild. When I entered I did not have to wait long to get a seat. I was able to look at the menu and speak to my waitress about my options. I ended up going with a macho pulled pork and shrimp burrito. It was delicious 😋. For dessert I had their cheesecake churro and omg it was DELIGHTFUL, I wanted a second but at 8$ a pop I decided one was enough. You can also order alcoholic drinks here but I wasn't in the mood for any alcohol so I just had water. The service was great too, the waitress answered my questions and my food was brought to me promptly.
