McDonald's — Restaurant in Dothan

Stopped in for a double quarter pounder meal. Went inside because the drive through was full and I thought it would be quicker. I had to place my order with a kiosk, because no one would come to the counter, which wasn't horrible. It was easy to use just massive and hard to see everything. I waited 10 minutes for my food and ended up not getting my drink because I forgot to ask for my cup. Get home to eat my meal and my burger looks like something the Mad Hatter put together. Nothing was stacked directly on top of each other and half of my cheese was on top of my bun. The other cheese and onions were on the opposite side of the top cheese and piled up. I had to reposition both patties and buns to get it to look like it's supposed to and be edible... Normally I like McDonald's alright. I haven't stopped at this one because it's not on my usual paths and I most likely won't be...

The drive thru is extremely slow getting your food out to you, the people they put in drive thru is very rude with an attitude. They get your order wrong most of the time. This is Mcdonald's on West Main Street is the worse in Dothan.

Update: The night crew is very rude, attitude is horrible and the manager is awful and is no way near professional at all!!!!! Rolls their eyes at you, ignores you, slams the window in your face and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! They aren’t presentable with bonnets and hair isn’t tied back knowing they are working at a restaurant! Work shirts look dirty!!!The manager had a fresh tattoo on his lower arm with wrap around it but didn’t try to cover the tattoo it was nasty! To who ever the franchise owner is please do better of who you allow to represent you and...

Ordered in app, phone was having service issues, went inside to get my food, manager was RUDE and I was told there was nothing she could about it. We proceeded to ARGUE and then asked me to show her the receipt that I attempted to show her and another staff member at the counter. Then proceeded to make my food even after I was told there was nothing to she could do, they made it wrong after she “read” receipt, so she proceeded to remake it. Would not give a refund of 9$ for me to reorder my food at counter. Were both passive aggressive and rude, so not tell people they can’t have or receive the things they pay for and have proof of until another staff member tells you what I already to tried to tell about my cell service.
