Read moreWe visited during an afternoon in Dothan and found this to be a highly educational and interesting attraction. The docent, Shanta, was cheerful, knowledgeable, and talkative. There was information about many African American inventors and notable firsts. If you are looking for a museum with a lot of stuff, this is not it but if you are looking for an attraction to learn and give you a good basis for further exploration, I think this is a fantastic place to start.
