Arby's — Restaurant in Douglas

Rude rude manager. She made my sandwich wrong and my husbands when we came immediately back thru the line to let them know we were given 2 out of 3 sandwiches wrong. The lady at the window apologized and when we tried to give her the wrong sandwiches back she said no keep them. We put them on the dash for our cats.. Then the manager pops up at the window and said... " you got 3 sandwiches ." And looked at us with a smart grin; we told her that yes we got 3 sandwiches..but 2 were wrong. She then replied "well then Im going to need the other sandwiches back. ... " and held out her hand... Really lady?..I told her she could keep the D@mn sandwiches I would just like the order I had just paid $41+ for to be made correctly. She advised us to pull up.

After sitting there for a moment my husband really got angry because the lady was practically accusing us of trying to steal a wrong made sandwiches. He went in and asked to speak to the short fat lady manager. And was informed by other employees while waiting that no one liked her and we were the 3rd customers she was rude to that day. When she come from the back she tried to talk over my husband when he told her that she needed to work on her attitude and customer service skills. She did learn not to try my teddy /grizzly bear of a husband. He informed her in a loud deep voice.."Lady I can get louder if you dont stop over talking me and let me finish my sentence. "

Bottom line.. Arby's you are my kids favorite place to eat..snacks ,lunch,supper.. when ever.. but you have lost this business for a while. At least until new management is in place. #motherof5 #wedonteatcheap...

Ok, picture this. You're at home, and a commercial comes on advertising a fried turkey sandwich WITH BACON from Arby's. So you jump in your car and drive 45 minutes to your nearest location, and there it is. A big picture on the window of said turkey sandwich WITH BACON so you pull around to drive thru and there it is again a big picture of that beautiful fried turkey sandwich WITH BACON and hear this voice say.. welcome to Arby's. How can I help you ? Yes, I would like one of your fried turkey sandwiches WITH BACON just to hear . Sorry, we don't sell that anymore. WHAT ? Aww ok I'll take a chicken and Swiss. Pull to the window and ask about the fried turkey sandwich WITH BACON and was told that they are only given an allotted amount, and once they run out, that's it. They are not sent anymore, and she says they sold out within a week. If something is selling that good, you should keep it in stock, and if you can't do that, then TAKE YOUR SIGNS...

Absolutely the worst service and food I have ever gotten. I ordered it the night before told the system was down then got home and it had come out of my bank so the next day at lunch I went to there to pick up what I paid for and no lie I think they reheated the food that was left from the night before. They were playing around, throwing food at each other. The worst food I've ever tried to eat ever. I will never go back to the arbys here in Douglas or honestly needs to be shut down and restarted. Rubbery cold dried up fried hard stale bun and cold all the way through. This is at 1130 am so they should be up And ready for prime lunch time but no one star is way too good for what I received. HORRID NEVER GOING BACK not even arby sauce ketchup straw 2 greasy napkins is all written...
