Ellianos Coffee — Restaurant in Douglas

This post is probably going to expose my caffeine addiction. But here it goes, I frequent this location a lot both while I'm at work and when I'm not at work. I come from the Pacific Northwest where there's a coffee shop on every corner and I'm used to my coffee being certain ways. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan so I started going to this Ellianos when I'm too lazy to make coffee at home. The staff there are very kind and helpful. They never get my drink order wrong. I usually order on the mobile app so it's ready when I get there. If you go and attempt to order when the line is long, you may be sitting there for a good 10-15 minutes before you get your drink. So plan accordingly. This place is very popular and if you haven't had it before, I'd definitely give it a try. The drink that I enjoy is a dark mocha freezer with half syrup and an extra shot of coffee with no whip. Maybe order that when you go. See if...

Order me a cookies and cream,I was surprise when the girl handed me a cookies and cream and I ask her that was quick.She said they had already made one for somebody so I drove off and I tasted it and I noticed that It had no caffeine in it no coffee. So I called them a girl pick up told her what the problem was she said that they had put Half a scoop of coffee in it.I know there was no coffee in it... I go to this place 3 time a week....So instead of saying come back I'll make a good all she does is tell me I put half of a scoop of coffee in there.... very upset... they need to train these girls...

While I understand things happen and rules may be different at each establishment, I waited 16 minutes as the first car in line for 2 drinks and 2 of the same type of sandwich. I witnessed 4 employees inside - 1 went to the back never saw again, 1 came up front and just leaned on the counter while the 2 window baristas did everything. 2 people behind us left the line. I normally tip when I visit but when we hit 8 minutes still waiting I put that money right back in my purse. Hopefully our next visit will be different.
