Dang shame you get refused service because the employees wouldn't ring our order at the register because they were told that everyone has to use the kiosk. I don't work for Taco Bell, so why should I have to place my own order. 3 people standing in the drive-thru area and people on the line, and 1 sweet young man doing all the work. They were not busy at all at the time. Absolutely rude employees. The couple in front of us also wasn't happy about using the kiosk either and would not be back. They stated they dont like it either. I don't trust the kiosks. I explained that this is where my autistic grandson wanted to eat on our special day together and was told again to use the kiosk. She had my grandson upset because of her tone of voice and refusing to take our order. Indidnt want to disappoint my grandson so we went thru the drive thru and when ordering I forgot to add a sour cream, they again refused to ring it again and was told to go through the drive thru again if I wanted it because they couldn't ring it up. 2 pieces of my chicken quesadilla had no cheese or chicken, just a hard tortilla shell. When I asked for my receipt, she said we don't give them out. When I did get one, the receipt was torn on top with the address and phone number. They also refused to give me information for the corporate number. She did take my number so ghe "Manager could contact me" but threw the paper away after I started walking away. The employees were all rude about it. It's sad that people have to be like this. Be careful using kiosks to order because illegal card readers can be placed on them and used to get your information. One employee left the restaurant and noticed she parked in the customer parking area instead of the employee parking area. Do they think this is also OK? Customers do not want to walk from the back of the lot to get into the restaurant. We wanted to sit inside to eat, but we ended up sitting outside instead. 😔 I am very disappointed in this Taco Bell...
Read moreTerrible, terrible service after midnight and into the later hours before closing. I had the awful displeasure of having to deal with an employee at the drive through window by the name of Stefanie, who really needs to reconsider working in customer service. When your coworker has to make a point to come out to sincerely apologize for your behavior there's an issue. When asked what we could get it seemed that almost EVERYTHING listed was unavailable, which I can pass of as understandable due to it being two hours before closing, but the attitude in her tone was unnecessary. She literally listed four items we could possibly order. I go ahead and order some soft tacos and wait a few minutes for the order to be confirmed and hear my total, to which I was greeted with five minutes of silence. She then welcomes me to taco bell and asks what I want yet again, even though we just went through all of this. I let her know we literally just did all this to which she replied with oh I know, have a nice night. We get to the window and are refused service and told to have a nice night yet again. So, we tried once again going through the drive thru, but this time some of the items that they were out of are now suddenly available. So we get done with our order and get to the window and its the same exact thing...bare in mind the whole time Stefanie is laughing and giggling with another coworker and the only response we could get out of her as to why we couldn't get food was have a...
Read moreVery rude staff. I was at the cash register ordering my kids food. The lady taking my order could not hear what I was saying over the noise in the restaurant, so I leaned forward and SLIGHTLY raised my voice so the lady could hear my order. This short & fat Mexican woman came running from the back screaming "Don't be yelling in here" blah blah blah. I was not yelling at the cashier in the first place. She seemed to be a manager because she was in a different shirt than the rest of the staff. However, she was clearly a NEW manager & a VERY inexperienced one who lacks basic communication & customer service skills. She looked like she was on a weird power trip & was looking for someone to get into a confrontation with..... kinda like a feisty little chihuahua who just heard a stranger knock at the door. She seriously needs more training on how to deal with customers & also how to recognize when there is a problem and WHEN THERE ISN'T A PROBLEM. She aggressively interjected herself into a situation where help was not needed. I felt like she had a deep want & urge to assert her authority because she wanted to feel needed. Poor thing. She may have anger issues or problems at home because she seemed so unhappy with herself that she felt the need to unnecessarily harass customers for absolutely no reason. Taco Bell.... GET THIS LITTLE GIRL MORE TRAINING! And a...
