Our waitress was young lady her name was Nelly she is fantastic at her job . The managers name is Freddie .I will be back went to this location again can't say enough good things about this Restaurant The photo on the left is called A la Mexican .the one right is called Pollo y espinacas .The salsa the chips and salsa is yummy people go here trust me it's phat Folks approved Este resturante es muy deliciouso camereras y camereros simpaticos El jefe nombre es Freddie El precios Bien aqui I see several reviews crying about the temperature at this Restaurant .the temperature is fine here you need to get your oversized backside outside once in a while and you won't be crying about the Temperature.I go here a lot and I have never found the temperature inside to be hot some people are just spoiled there is server working here his name is Pedro this man deserves a raise he is awesome at his job .when you go here to eat ask for Pedro leave him a tip...

I ordered two orders..my waiter took them I told her I would sit outside due to covid guidelines n I noticed they were busy n to make it easy for them I always go outside so they don't feel rushed. My waiter not knowing shift has ended I walk back in and another waitress asked what I was waiting for I said my order so she gives me one and the other is missing. She states well mam your waiter already left, I don't know maybe she gave the food out already or idk and I'm standing there and she asked me for my receipt and btw I tipped on a to go order and I don't have to steal food. So after she looks at both tickets with confusion she finally go pick up the wrong order and give to me. I don't like to send food back so I kept it and there's a disconnect from the time the waitress takes the order n gets off her shift she just dropped the ball n left.Make sure you're customers are taking care of first. I always go here n never had this...

I ordered a beef chimichanga and came out as chicken I asked because they were busy I asked if they would fix it the server gets an attitude with me tell me it would be at the back of the line before it would come out so it would be a while I speak to owner nobody came well I finally went and found them nothing was done he sent me back to the server who gave me more attitude ask him to remove it for my check boyfriend asked one more time for them to make it right so the manager said that he wouldn't remake it and I could take it home plus they get off my ticket I got it home and once again they had made a chicken chimichanga so I never once got what I ordered worst service by far probably will not be going back unfortunately but I'm not going to spend my money or my time getting attitude from servers or Cooks when it comes to my food.El Rincon is so much better than...
