I use to love eating at this place but lately they have become content. If you want their weekly specials you have to mention the special, although they are their continuing weekly specials (I feel, since I use to do customer service, if you have a coupon price the customer shouldn't have to mention it, it should be known by the employees and already applied) . Even when I did mention their special pricing when ordering the phone was passed off to someone else to take my payment information and they were still going to charge me full price. After I asked them to make sure my cheesesteak had fried onions they neglected to put them on and when I called to mention that there were no onions all the owner wanted to do was fight about it even know he knew that I asked for it. If I could rate the ZERO stars I would. I love their food, so that's not the bad part but as of today it marks FOUR delivery orders that are wrong. And today's order was simple a large extra cheese pizza and an order of fries. HOW can you mess that up? They sent the wrong pizza. AGAIN. They ALWAYS pick up the incorrect pizza when they bring the correct one and NEVER give a discount for the inconvenience. The time before this that I ordered was in the winter and when they brought the replacement pizza the FIRST time they delivered the replacement pizza to the wrong house and just left it outside then proceeded to tell me they were gonna go back to that house pick it up and bring it to ME....ummmmm NO so it took 3 hours to get the correct pizza and they still took the incorrect pizza and refused to even give me a discount. Ordered the 3 chicken cheesesteak special. I told them when I picked them up that’s what I ordered because they had trouble finding the number. They gave us 3 cheesesteaks instead. When I called they said we could bring them back and they would remake them for us. The whole reason we ordered out was because we had a busy night and no time to cook.
