Taco Bell — Restaurant in Douglass Township

Service has gone downhill at this Taco Bell. I ordered ahead of time for in-store pickup and arrived 5 minutes after that time, expecting my food to be ready. But they had not even started it. They gave me my drink cups and said it would be a while, and they weren't kidding. It took 16 additional minutes to get my food! When I asked why it didn't seem to matter that I put a pickup time on my food, they told me something like "Our manager times the drive-thru orders and rates our performance with that, so that is the most important thing for us.". Now I understand the importance of getting cars through the line, but it can't be totally at the expense of dine in customers. It was ridiculous. And to make matters worse they were out of all flavors of Mt. Dew. They need to do better here.

UPDATE Jan 2024: They seemed to have picked up a new crew manager, at least when I was here, and the service was much improved this visit. It's amazing how one person can make such...

We got Taco Bell from this location yesterday (Sunday) everything seemed to taste fine.. until this morning. Both my partner and I feel like we got a truck ran over us. Throwing up, belly pain, nausea, and headaches. We definitely got food poisoning! We had a few tacos but both of us got different things other than our drink which was the Mountain Dew cream drink. Please check your products and soda machine. This is a public health issue.

So… I still live my life in the 90s. I still have my blockbuster card, still have my collection of TMNY figurines, you name it, I got it. Anyways, Taco Bell is my childhood. So many great memories with family and friends.. even my crazy exes. I love the tacos. The tacos are my life. To be… or not to be… that is the taco. This location is awesome. The people are always nice, even the kid who hands me the drink and deeply stares into my eyes. Kinda creepy.. but I just go with it. Love you all. Keep up the great work and...

Most unpleasant staff. They apparently only care about the drive thru and could care less about orders in store or mobile. Don't park near the drive-thru because staff will come out and tell you to move! This used to be a KFC that got shutdown for unsanitary conditions. The only real reason to visit here is if you want a freeze for happy hour because royersford KFC/Taco Bell still hasn't fixed their machine years later. If you do get food here expect it to look like it was rushed with either small portions or even burnt. You might even find parts of food from other orders in your food due to the staff rushing drive thru orders. Wouldn't be suprised if this location shuts down soon because the pizza hut right next door that shut down was replaced with a Boston market that also shut down.
