Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Douglass Township

I have been to this DQ twice, and both times, one part of my order was COMPLETELY WRONG. The first time, I have a 5 part order, all blizzards, and even asked them to be repeated it back to me knowing right well it was a big order. One blizzard I specifically ordered NO chocolate chunks, and what did I get? Chocolate chunks. Visit number two only had 4 blizzards, 3 of which were standard ones. This time, my daughter in law who works for another DQ did the ordering and also had them repeat the order back. The last blizzard was very simple, vanilla ice cream, peanut butter sauce and crushed peanuts. How on Earth did that blizzard suddenly become a Reese's PB cup blizzard? My husband and I just came from your Dairy Queen. Our experience was not very good. We both ordered blizzards and the ice cream was so soft it was the consistency of a milkshake. The girl that made our blizzards didn’t even flip the cup like you’re supposed to because the blizzard probably would’ve hit the floor! The cups were not filled to the top which seems to be an ongoing thing at this Dairy Queen. I actually called and talk to the manager about this a couple weeks ago. I don’t mind spending the money for a treat once in a while but this is an expensive treat and I think it’s inexcusably that you’re spending a lot of money and you’re not even getting a full cup of ice cream my husband and I decided we’re just not coming to this Dairy...

I used to come here often and haven’t been back in a couple of months. Tonight I went in and order 76$ worth of food. And I’m extremely disappointed. I even asked if they could fix some items. Needless to say I would travel to another Town if I ever wanted Dairy Queen. Never coming back.

Bugs around the soda fountain. Half filled fries and cold (even my boys who eat EVERYTHING threw out the fries). Ice cream is sad looking.( blizzards 3/4 full and only half spun.
