This location was amazing before Aleeya and Colin left. They were always so helpful, accommodating, and quick. After they left, it looked as if this Starbucks started falling apart and has been since. There is only ever 2-3 baristas behind the counter at all times in a small space making service slow and inconvenient everyone! This location is also often out of a lot of common materials (i.e. venti cups, oat milk, vanilla syrup, straws and more) and I have seen on multiple occasions the BARISTAS getting blamed for this. The store managers are the reason things are not being ordered and not being handled correctly when they are not ordered. It is not the baristas' faults, they are doing all they can.
I never leave bad reviews but I feel like these baristas deserve more respect for all they go through with customers AND management. The management of this store is destroying their Starbucks employees and the locations reputation. It used to be an uplifting environment and I would be so excited to go, but I've recently noticed many baristas being burnt out, tired, while still working their tail ends off.

Not one competent person without a trash attitude is employed here anymore (with maybe 4 exceptions) at little to no fault of their own, they're expected to run that department with little to no training, As they have almost nobody to train people anymore. Store management, or their version of it, is disorganized as ever. Starbucks has NO leadership apart from them. They haven't had actual leads since Aleeya and Colin left, but had me and another associate playing the roles WITHOUT THE PAY. Management then blames what's left of the baristas for the expensive situations they put themselves in. The flies everywhere? They were told about during inspection, we were told to play keep away, with nothing being actually done about it on their end. It was all us. Always. Never them. Always has been, always will be. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store was a solid 5 stars for a while when when Dillon was there and then when he left it continued to excel with Aleeya and Colin there. The store was run efficiently, service was top notch and drinks were always accurate and delicious. Unfortunately poor/greedy management ran this store into the ground and now that their star employees left this location has gown downhill. Drinks are made poorly, it takes forever to get them and the employees seem miserable. Last week there were two employees working and I was the only customer, and yet after taking my order the employees decided that swapping signs out, making calls and joking around took priority over starting my drink order. It's a shame as unless they fix the upper management, the turnover rate will continue to worsen and customers will continue to be...
