Panda express is literally one of my comfort meals. Anyone that knows me knows that when I’m in a bad mood, just give me panda express today is my last day ever eating at panda express. I’m just over that location and they have not tried to help the situation. First of all, I ordered black pepper steak and it cost an additional $1.25. I understand that its steak. However, I only received three pieces of steak and a whole tray full of vegetables, in addition, my orange chicken almost broke my tooth. I don’t know what hard piece is inside of it and I’m scared to ask but I just wasted my entire meal because I threw it in the trash. I ordered an egg roll didn’t receive it. I have had multiple bad experiences from being forgotten about when told to pull forward in the wait lane because they gave some one else my order. Teriyaki chicken without sauce and was told i didn’t ask for sauce. So, ordering Teriyaki chicken, you have to also ask for Teriyaki sauce. I received Cream cheese Rangoons, one had nothing in it. I was told thats all they have because they about to close its 8:10pm. So, instead of saying we are out you give me a partial order and charge me full price. I am not even going to continue because running a businesses can be difficult. What turned me is the lack of customer service when I kindly point out the issues and the lack of continuos improvement over the last 8-9 years. I frequent them at least 1x a week and unless i baby sit the process 1 out of 3 visits its going to be an issue. Food is too costly and times are to hard to waste time and money. The end! Read moreWow, have we just entered into the age of burn out or has bad customer service become acceptable? We were driving back from vacation and decided to stop at what is normally a favorite stop. But, this location was a definite exception to the norm. To start their posted hours are until 8:30 PM which we checked before coming to this location. Once we arrived at 8:35 pm (felt like this was a safe time to stop) more than 2/3 of the food was already put up so there we're almost no choices. Then the cashier Jessy acted totally put out that we were there at all and proceed to bang chairs and start mopping. As a Google Navigator I was concerned that the hours needed to be changed so I asked and Isla stated that they close the dining room at 9:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and they keep it open to 9:30 of Friday and Saturday? So, at 8:35 they already had the bathrooms blocked off, see picture, and they locked the front door. They then proceeded to lock the second door at 8:55 with customers standing outside? We were being mopped around and other customers leaving were even mentioning that they felt like they were being ushered out. We just sat there and watched all of this go down in disbelief as we have had some real doosies already today. I finally said could I order and she said in a rude way “ are you ready “. As i started ordering she answered the phone and started fixing another order it wasn’t what i ordered so i didn’t move. She didn’t know the next two people were with me. I asked her was that my order again and she continued to talk on the phone and started laughing with the young lady from drive through. So the second person called me down when she opened up the box i told her that is not what I ordered. So she asked the lady who packed it ( as if she was eating the food). She said something totally different from what I ordered…. So …..SHES CAUSING THE BACK UP because she’s doing too much at once. Once she packed my food she threw it down the line ( like I was the problem). She complained about indecisive people to behind me…. Which….
