We went to this restaurant last night about 9 o'clock there was no one else in the restaurant except for the waitress and cook, we walked in and she yelled don't sit down there that part is closed so we went where we were told to go she never smiled once and was not very courteous looked like she hated her job but anyway we ask for coffee and my special needs grandson said instead of coke can I have coffee so I ask her to bring him coffee too so she brought us 2 coffees and a coke so I told him to just drink it and by the time we got to order several people walked in and she told them to sit on that end to because the other was closed but then there was too many people and she had to let people sit there and why is there only one waitress when there has always been 2 but anyway she took our order and when she got to our table she had no clue who had what and my friends noticed the ticket was weird so he went up to pay and she had to hold it up to her eyes to read it even though she wrote it the ticket which was a 29.39 ticket but she told him 59.49 he said no I'm not paying that the ticket says 29.39 and she said sorry I can't see it so he said BTW how much was the chicken biscuit she said $5 he said if I had known I wouldn't have ordered it but we went to leave and he did tip her anwe noticed she had on Nike slippers and also the cook was great but he had very long dreads so he needs a hair net also the waitress named amber had on false lashes that were so big it looked like catapillars may be the reason she couldn't see and she had very long bright red hair very long needs a hair net too yall should have...
Read moreThis review is not about the food. The food was very good. Hats off to the cook and to the cashier that took my order, she was great. My review is of the Manager. I regret I did not get her name. My issue with her was her lack of customer service. After placing my order, I proceeded to sit down at the table/bar and she gave me a dirty look and told me to sit in one of the seats of the waiting area. I was confused because a man was sitting at the table/bar and it was VERY OBVIOUS he placed a take-out order. Question, why was he allowed to sit where he wanted to sit and I could not? I didn't ask the reason why I could not sit at the table/bar because I knew I probably would have been rude to her and I did not want to upset myself on this Sunday morning. As a paying customer, I felt it was unnecessary and weird to tell me to not sit at the table/bar. Also, it wasn't that crowded where I needed to sit elsewhere. As long as I have patronized a Waffle House, it has never been a problem to sit at the table/bar. Hope she can learn better customer...
Read moreThis BT1000 who works as the main lady in the mornings is offensive and rude. I told her what I wanted, she quoted me $12 so I paid and left. When I got to my car I noticed she forgot the waffles. Went back in and said I didn't get charged anyway so whats the big deal. When simply asked to itemize the bill for me ($12 for sausage eggs and grits), she got mad and started yelling that I got what I paid for. I gave her the food back and said I just wanted a refund and she refused and made a big ugly scene. I finally said forget it, I'll just handle it with my credit card company and SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL THE COPS FOR THEFT ON FOOD I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR and that they were going to write down my license plate. This woman needs to be fired immediately. I'll never give that place any of my business ever again. God doesn't like ugly. I do...
