   Read moreI feel Jaredâs inspection specialist (or whatever the title should be for those receiving jewelry for inspection and cleaning) should be the same no matter the location and I would appreciate if I were treated like a valued customer instead of a common criminal! I truly had a horrible experience and if I did not HAVE to do these semi annual inspections I would not return! Absolutely worse inspection experience ever! I literally had to pull up a video from 2018 to prove I came in as requested because the previous inspection specialist did not notate my account! Luckily my husband did a quick video when we came in or else I would have had a voided warranty and I would have had to pay to get my diamond replaced! Absolutely ridiculous! I was told it was âmy responsibilityâ to make sure my account was updated! How was I to know that if NO ONE told me that since 2016!?! When I see the person on the tablet I assumed they did what they were suppose to do! Like really how does that fall on me? How am I held responsible for people at Jaredâs not doing there job! On top of proving I came in as I was suppose to I also had to pull up reciept to show when the rings were purchased and clarify who purchased them!! Again I have been getting them inspected for 3 years now!!!!! Whyyyyyy must I show proof of purchase!?! I really wish I did not have to return. I did receive an âapologyâ for the confusion but the damage was already done! Absolutely absurd. :-/ Is this common practice? Do others have to prove one that the rings that they wore in the store belong to them and do others have to make sure Jaredâs employees update there accounts?    Read moreLet me start by saying the ladies who work upfront are amazing.. but the ones who do the work are lazy. Both the engagement and wedding setting came from them. We picked them because most of the work was done in house. WRONG MOVE. We took her engagement ring and the setting to be soldered together before our wedding Saturday. We were told we could come 2 days before but we did a whole week and thank god we did. Went to pick it up and the stone was off centered (itâs a pear) and leaning to the right (clear as day could see it) . They fixed it within 5 minutes then the center band was smushed on one side and hanging over the other not centered . They had to keep it to un do everything and redo it. Went to pick it up today and our amazing sales consultant noticed it was wrong before I made it in there, it was leaning to the right AGAIN. They took it and spent an hour to re fix it. Now there is a diamond missing off the band of her engagement ring. This will be the 3rd visit.. and tomorrow will be the FOURTH repair to put the diamond that was there when it was left back in it. We love the lady who sold it to us so we have stayed but really wish we would have used a locally owned and trusted store with employees who do the work right like they would for their spouse and not just repair something and mark it done and go to the next thing on the list without looking over your work.
