Sal's Pizza & Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Dover Township

Spent way too much money at this place to be given 6 fries in a bag with tenders and fries. They dont care if youre a frequent customer either. We spend at least 60 dollars per week at this place and they dont care at all. You guys couldn't be decent enough to give me a large fry to split among the 3 sets of chicken tenders and ff that we had with 6 fries in them. But no, that was just me asking too much right? From a place I visit once a week at least. You all know me by face. After years of being a customer you guys just acted so rude. Ive never called and asked for anything like I did today and immediately im shut down? Yeah im good. You guys dont need my business anymore. Genuinely am shocked at how you guys treated me.

Super cocky young dude who works the registers needs to remember he works in a pizza shop because hes on some sort of power trip because he works as a shift manager at best im guessing?

Id love for the owner to actually reach out to me. Customer for longer than the kid was working the register thats for sure. Started when we moved to dover 11 years ago so I doubt you were there with your attitude then.

Oh and to the cook who creepily stares through the cooking window all the time and then who came out to hear what my complaint was about, maybe give better portions. Its not because the bags small either. The last 6 months to a year the portion sizes have sucked. Do better.

Like I said, id LOVE for the owner to reach out to me and make it right although you really cant because we won't eat here anymore.

If i could give no stars i would ....Service sucked so bad tonight we spent 52.00 tonight for 2 large pizza one pep n xtra cheese the other just cheese n 2 subs n fries anyways when my fiancee and best friend brought the pizza home i checked it and the pep. Did NOT have any sauce so my best friend called in and told them the issue they didnt care so we took the pizza back and showed them the excuse was "cheese soaks sauce up" im sorry but the cheese pizza had nothing wrong witj it sauce all over that one just admit you forgot to put suace all over the pep its okay i can handle mistakes i cant handle rude ass ppl running buisness's who have no right dealing with customers like they did tellibg us they dont care wjat we think and i said okay fine ill go to pizza hut their response was "Go ahead we dont want your buisness" okay ill take my money else where by the way Pizza hut was better pizza i don't recommend this place again.... Wont be returning ever again i strongly suggest everyone who is thinking about ordering Sals DONT just go somwhere else if you want a refund they will gyp you of money to they took like 15 bucks...

I once had this at five stars, and one of my favorite places to eat. Within the past few years, the quality has declined. Ever since the renovations, it seems they also renovated their ingredients and skimp on everything.

I just recently got a steak and cheese sub. It was mostly bread. Cutting it in half, you could see that 80% of the sub was just bread. It was never like that before.

The pizza's, again, I loved their pizza at one time. Now the sauce is super sweet. Most of the toppings are very bland.
