I donāt like giving bad reviews, but Iāve given this place 2 chances, thinking the first was a bad day. I walk in, and the tall young man looks at me with nearly a scowl on his face. No greeting, no hello, no good morning etc. I thought very odd. The young girl comes out and continues the rude behavior. I barely heard what she said, and she seemed cautious in opening her mouth to speak. I had a simple order. 2 bagels, toasted, with butter. The young man hands me my bag, butter dripping everywhere! The top of the bag, filled with butter. Presentation matters. No one said a word to me as I was leaving. Except the older gentleman, I assume is the owner. He gave a me a friendly have a good day⦠I get the bagel home. Barely toasted, slathered in butter. I had to retoast the bagel myself. My first experience, I wanted chicken salad on the bagel. They put cold chicken salad on an untoasted bagel. Seeing as how, at this place being toasted isnāt a thing, why didnāt they ask. I have never been to a bagel shop that didnāt at least ask, if you wanted your bagel toasted. Give me the option. I know this isnāt New York style bagels, but I mean really?! Youāre the only bagel shop around. Owner, you gotta train those two and teach them customer service. Neither of them have it. Very sloppy presentation, poor quality, and rude. Do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time yesterday! Nice, simple place , Servers were efficient and nice! Bagels we're fine until I added the butter that I also bought from Georgia Boys. It was a nasty, flavorless, oily, vegetable spread tasting mess! I just don't understand why you would work hard to develop all those creative flavors only to use butter that's the same quality as Vaseline. You guys are a bagel shop for crying out loud! Come on with the whipped salted butter! But if not any kind of REAL butter will do. (Seriously no excuses, we live by the Amish! Have you ever tasted their butter? It's great.) And stop microwaving the eggs & meat for your breakfast sandwiches, it's not gross but sooo anticlimactic when you you hoping to get a real bagel shop sandwich. (Or at least do that stuff in the back, no one wants to see an egg slither out of a bowl then onto their sandwich!) I would still come back for the bagels, the group I bought them for especially liked the sweet treat, egg and French toast flavors. Please change or start making your own butter guys! As the ONLY bagel shop in the area you've got to be the standard of excellence.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood was awesome the first time I visit, I had a bacon and egg wrap delicious. So I go on 04/16/2022 to get the same wrap the young lady says she don't do wraps but clearly the shop does because it says it on the menu, she gave me the choice of white bread or bagel. another young lady says we do wraps the first young lady shook her head no to the other young lady as if I did not see her. So I decided not to order at all. I worked in customer services for over 30 years and that's not how things should be done. I feel if she did not know how to make a wrap she should have asked her co-worker for help that's all that had to be done. I don't know if she wanted to to go back and sit down and enjoy there talk and apparently I interrupted when I walked in as a customer to place a order. but i will be back to re-visit because the...
