Leona's Cafe' & Bakery — Restaurant in Dover

Leona’s Cafe and Bakery exceeded my expectations and I would 100 percent recommend people to check them out. I requested 20 cookies for my son’s 3rd birthday and they went above and beyond, everywhere from the online payment to communication and setting up a time to pick them up. Everything was smooth and easy. I sent them my inspiration and I can definitely say I loved the end result more than the original inspiration. Definitely coming back for any future cookie projects/ food and looking forward to their cookie decorating classes. Their daughter is truly an artist and her skills and talent show! I absolutely adored this place. I stopped in for coffee. It's not exactly a coffee shop, so I expected just a plain black cup that I add to. Nope! This place has all the charm of a coffee shop. Iced, latte, and flavors!

All the baked goods looked delicious. They had other food there too. I should have grabbed a menu. It looked good.

Inside was cute. Had a poker table and arcade machine. Seating for eating. Little nick-nacks and children's clothes.

Outside was nice too. Chairs and tables if you just want to enjoy the fresh air.

I ordered crabs for noon on August 3rd. No one was at the bakery when I arrived at 12:10. I double checked my receipt it said 12:00. I called the bakery and the crab number with no answer i tried to message via FB with no response. There was another customer waiting also. I had 20 people waiting for crabs at my house. Finally at 1240 a truck arrived. The driver was very rude and insisted that my order was at 1pm. I showed him my receipt. No apologies. Very poor customer service.
