First I’d like to start off by the way the store looked. It was so dead inside and 3 employees working . The store was disgusting and filthy . No tables wiped down, trash all over the floor.
2nd I go to order and ask for a chicken teriyaki with bacon and pepperoni. Completely leaves the chicken off. So then she reheats it the bread. I told her that it was going to make the bread too hard. As expected, it did and the chicken was cold.
3rd the lettuce was brown, tomato’s were frozen to the trays where they sit on and the bread you could tell was old. My husband didn’t even get his toasted and it was hard.
4th the girls were in the back just messing around and hitting a vape indoors.
5th the bag they gave us snapped and food almost went everywhere
Spent almost $50 here and should’ve just went to a real restaurant. I could go on and on how terrible the experience was here . I’m glad I used the bathroom before I came. I could only imagine how filthy it was in there . Subway needs to ditch the three girls here and rehire some real workers to actually do their job. Read moreOrdered 2 subs at lunch time. Both came with stale bread that was obviously from the day before and limp disgusting lettuce. Since the bread was tough, dry, and barely edible I reached out to support.
I was put in touch with the franchise owner who obviously didn't care that I had just spent $16 on subpar subs. I received a boilerplate response of "I'll pass this along to my team" and no offer to take any real action or do anything to make this right.
Not looking for a handout here, just looking for a quick lunch spot that can reliably put a sandwich together. This Subway is not that spot and I do not plant to return.

Called DoorDash, and we were told it was subway’s problem.
